“Enjoyed the Stay at the Creekside Cabin”
Reviewed April 10, 2014

We stayed in the Creekside Cabin in March and really enjoyed the property. It was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. We cooked our meals in the kitchen and had everythin we needed to make a full 4 course meal. The creek was flowing at full speed and we enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the water crash through creek bed. The property was clean and well appointed for our needs. We will defintely consider staying at the Copper Creek Cabins in the future.

My only compliant was I called the morning of our arrival to see if we could upgrade to the Muir Cabin location. I had verified online that it was not booked and the person I spoke to also confirmed that. But they did not allow us to move farther up the creek.

We are thrilled our guest enjoyed Copper Creekside, and we hope they will return in the future. Muir Cabin was available, and an upgrade was offered, but this guest was not willing to pay the difference in price for the upgrade. The rate for Muir Cabin is $80 higher than Copper Creekside. We often have walk in customers at Copper Creek, and we like to keep our primo cabin available if someone comes in.

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy what nature has to offer, you have found it at the Dream Weaver. The secluded cabins allow for privacy while enjoying the private hot tub or just sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine reading a good book. My husband and I came for a weekend stay in our mid- twenties and we still enjoy the cabin in our late-thirties. You truly won't be disappointed.

We have stayed before in the Dream Weaver Cabin, the Art Studio Cabin, and now in the Copper Creek Log Cabin. Although we loved them all, this one is our favorite.

For our needs, this cabin is perfect, and in some ways better than the others we've stayed at. The 2-person hot tub is just out the back door on the private deck, no need to walk more than a couple steps, always in privacy. The restaurant is right next door, so very convenient, and yet because of the trees and the way the cabin is situated, we never noticed the people coming and going.

The cabin was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of towels, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed, and the gas fireplace kept the cabin nice and warm. Extra blankets too, we didn't need anything more. This is the historic cabin, built in the 50's. There is information and pictures in the cabin about the builder, all very interesting!

The only thing that was of (very minor) concern was the smoke alarm seemed to be very sensitive. There was a small crumb left in the burner from a previous occupant and that set off the smoke alarm, and then the steam from the shower when the bathroom door was opened. But that was only minor, and it stopped fairly quickly.

When we were there, it was an unusually warm day for January, and there was lots of traffic going to Mt. Rainier. Because of that, the restaurant was very crowded our second night. Since our cabin was right next door, we just called and got some take-out. Our meal was ready quickly and efficiently. Every time we went to the restaurant (4 times) the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

I know we will be booking the Copper Creek Log Cabin again, we loved it!

Being local, I have been here a number of times. I have stayed in their cabin, which is very cozy and their food is great. However, their restaurant service is terrible. I have been left standing, waiting for staff to acknowledge my existence on so many occasions that I won't go there anymore.

My husband and I stayed in the cozy little Sky cabin one night as a romantic getaway without the kids. Although we arrived later than we intended we had dinner in the restaurant and our friendly server provided us a map and directions to our cabin as it was dark and we didn't know where we were going. The cabin was quaint and clean, aside from one dirty glass we found. We wish we could stay more than one night! We will be back!
