Everest in 10 hours 56 minutes and 46 seconds. Serves both American and Nepal food. Very good if you want something just a little bit different in a family restaurant.

We've eaten at Wildberry several times, and each time were very pleased with the food and service. Highly recommend it!

Burgers & Pie. Or authentic Nepalese food take you back to Everest base camps. Good, hearty food. A must stop.

Wildberry was first opened several decades ago by a local woman who made the best blackberry pie in the area. Today Wildberry has been owned for 5 years by an energetic Nepalese family, who prepares some eclectic himalayan dishes, including yak steak, as well as typical American fare. We found the food to be good, although the momos (himalayan dumplings) were not homemade and were dry and bland. Unfortunately, the pie was disappointing, and we hope they will work on their recipe. The outside patio is a great place to sit if the weather allows.

Wildberry has a mix of typical pub food and Tibetan food. I was struck by the oddity of it but found that many climbers of the Himalayas train at Mt. Rainier so this is good place to try out Tibetan food. My husband and I both had the Tibetan meat dumplings which came with a side of cole slaw. They were mild and a bit dry but a nice change. We also had a piece of huckleberry pie - excellent! Other family members had burgers which they liked. Wildberry had a good crowd both inside and at the outside patio and attracted both climbers and non-climbers like us. A nice little spot.
