We stayed in the Turyia room for one night at WellSpring. Overall it's a nice please with a relatively unique concept for this area. Pricing was on the higher side of what I think the overall experience is worth but within the general boundary of acceptable.

We arrived at the place in the evening. It was pitch black and a bit hard to navigate. No reception or soul present was not what we expected. But the call center person was helpful - and we got the key code and location to the room pretty quickly.

The room was cute and well designed for such a small space. The glass patio door and other windows looking out onto to the lovely landscaping made the room. We enjoyed the serenity of the landscaping and having our own hot tub.

I'd likely check this place out again if I was back in the area. It might be fun to try once of the larger cabins.

i've stayed at wellspring a half dozen times over the years, and let me tell you, it never fails to deliver a comfy night's sleep. never. Sunny has mastered the art of anonymous hospitality... you will probably not meet her during your stay, as she may be busy giving massages or taking care of other things, but if you do get to meet her, you'll understand what makes Wellspring so special.

great design on the cabins, and very comfy beds. i'll come back again for sure.

We recently stayed at Wellspring for one night while visiting Rainier National Park and loved it! The cabins are so cute and private. We did not partake in any of the additional amenities like a massage or the spa, but enjoyed our time. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. We pulled up to Wellspring on the first rainy weekend at the end of the summer. To "check in, " you find your key on the pegboard near the parking area and let yourself in. I LOVE THIS. Small talk annoys me, and I'm happy to say I didn't have to speak to ANYONE who worked at this resort, not even once. I might be anti-social, but I went on vacation to get away from life, and it was perfect. If you want a hotel experience where you get spoiled and are tended to, this is not the place for you. If you are self-sufficient in any capacity, and know how to do your own thing, it could be the perfect spot.

The accommodations were spectacular. We stayed in the Turiya room which is connected through its little backyard pond to the spa area which was ours to enjoy privately after 9pm. Walking in to the room, you can smell the wood and its clear that a ton of care went into building this place. There are some guest suites that are more like camping, and a few that are more luxurious. Ours was right in the middle, and still very posh in my opinion. The bed was freaking amazing, the hot tub was lovely...and I CANNOT WAIT to return.

Room Tip: The Turiya suite is a great value, you're allowed to use the Hot tub and Spa room with Sauna in...

My husband surprised me for our 14th anniversary there! It was so beautiful! The cabin is awesome, with everything you need! The fireplace and the front porch are rad and the grounds and trails are awesome! We even had a personal guide (the doggy Riley) on our trip up the trail. Just know this is a place with no electronics, no tv, phone, which is sooo awesome if you want a weekend away. The spa and Sunny are awesome and the scenery from the hot tub seems like you should see Edward and Bella running around! We loved it and can't wait to go back,.....this time with the family!

I will preface this by saying that we stayed in one of the "tents in the tulles". We knew going in that we would not have a private bath or other ammenities you would typically find at a hotel. Staying in the tent was an interesting experience. It is not a long walk to the common bathrooms but it is a long enough walk that you would not want to do it in the middle of the night (do not drink much before going to bed). The tent itself was clean but be aware that there is not much lighting. Even during the middle of the day it is still dark due to all of the trees. The one lamp in the room helped some but we still ended up taking the shade off to maximize the lighting. The bed was comfortable but had a noticeable sink hole in the middle. Even though we shared the common baths with 2 other tents it was never an issue of needing to wait to use the showers. We were often up early in order to go hiking at Mt Rainier but later in the day we never saw anyone around and had little to no contact with anyone that worked there. We stayed for 3 nights. If we were to return we would probably only stay in the tent a max of 1-2 nights although it would be fun to have friends/family in the 2 other tents. The other tents are far enough away that you did feel isolated.
