“good food, good friends, good memories”
Reviewed April 19, 2010

dinner the other night was a study in calm under fire. the restaurant was packed.. meals were savored, wine was enjoyed and Jack smiled at every customer who came in the door. It was jammed with a multi hour wait, but everyone was smiling. all was good in the universe, our stomachs filled, our hearts warmed and the wine tasting uniquely of the place.

we sat in the historic former grocery store and drank in the atmosphere of good food, good friends and good memories.

“Excellent food”
Reviewed February 21, 2010

The food was excellent. We normally wouldn't order ravioli but we were given one and it was outstanding. They were freshly made and the red sauce was delicious, not sour like many restaurants. Highly recommended! BYOB and cash or check only.

“Great Traditional Italian”
Reviewed October 18, 2009

The raviolli I ate here was outstanding! It's an interesting place because you have to bring your own wine...they don't serve it. All staff seemed to be Italian. I felt like I was eating on a Sorpranos or Goodfellas set. It was excellent! The chef came out to talk to me and was very entertaining.

Food and service are incredible. Definitely recommend going next door and pick up a super tuscan and then come over for some great food. One word for the wise traveler: Cash only!

“It's all about the food!”
Reviewed October 8, 2008

Guerrieros is small, friendly, well located on South Street, but the reason we love it is the food: magnificent. Try the Osso Bucco, the linguini with clam sauce, the meatballs (yum). But remember to bring your own wine and cash, no credit cards. This place is worth it. Never a mediocre meal.
