This was a stay related an unexpected trip to the emergency room. It is walking distance to Morristown Hospital (if you can walk 6 blocks). The room was clean, there is a $6 car service from the hospital to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room large. As someone else said the breakfast is heavy on the breads, but it is free. Overall unremarkable, but very grateful that it was so close to the hospital.
Thank you for staying with us - I am very glad we were able to help you out during an emergency. Yes, we are very close to the Morristown Hospital - in fact we are less than a 1/4 mile away from the hospital. As a tip - please let us know you will be walking and we will show you a short cut that will save you a couple of minutes. We're also glad to hear you enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious room. We agree, our breakfast does have breads on it, there are so many people that enjoy bagels, English muffins and a choice of breads that we have to include them. But if you're not a bread eater, you are certainly welcome to enjoy the eggs and omelets; fruit - whole and diced; breakfast meats and hash browns (made from real diced potato's); yogurt and oat meal and other cereals - including Kashi - the heart healthy brand. By all means, feel free to send us an e-mail with any additional suggestions you would want to see on our breakfast buffet - email@example.com
The property seems to accomodate your requests if something arrives; however recently I stayed at this property and they provided me a breakfast coupon. The selection for the breakfast was not something that I would even consider. Where is the gluten-free products? I appreciate the green tea, however, there isn't any consideration for individuals with allergies.
The business center is a small area that consists of a 1 person accomodation. Possible suggestion is to consider making it bigger for others to utilize.
Thank you for staying with us. I see the biggest concern you have is gluten free products on our breakfast buffet and we are looking to add more so please feel free to drop me an e-mail back (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your suggestions. We currently have eggs - any style with made to order omelets included; bacon/sausage; yogurt, along with fresh fruit - whole and diced; juices and coffee. Though we feel this is a pretty good start we recognize we can certainly improve in this area so again please feel free to send me your additional suggestions: email@example.com
Also, feel free to tell us in advance you have allergies and what you like - we'll do our best to accommodate your requests

Best Western Morristown Inn
I've been staying at the BW Morristown a couple of times per year for the past 4 or 5 years and there are lots of reasons I keep going back. The hotel staff are wonderful, most of the rooms (but not all) that I've stayed in have miniature kitchens which I find nice. Tthe complementary breakfast is better than most -- complete with an omelette station if you fancy one. Thick and fluffy bath towels are one way to woo me back as a customer and this hotel has never let me down on that end either.
The hotel is also close to 'downtown' (a longish walk, but doable if the weather is nice) with lots of shops and several nice places to eat.
Thanks very much for staying with us - we were thrilled to have you here and to receive such accolades is just a bonus. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the wine, cookies, wi-fi and breakfast. I am real happy you were able to get out to enjoy Morristown - it is a great downtown area.
Hope to have you as our guest again the next time you visit Morristown.

I am not a huge Best Western fan because of the inconsistency of the hotels. Because of this I seldom consider them. Was staying in the area on a weeknight hen corporate rates are high so I looked a little harder. Because of the rate and the reviews on Trip Advisor we stayed there---and are so glad we did! Not only did the rate strongly beat any other full service hotels in the area, it included the Wi-Fi and breakfast. The manager and desk clerk greeted us warmly when we checked in, with warm cookies and a glass of wine. The room was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Breakfast the next morning had a good variety of eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit, waffles, juice, coffee, tea. Although we did not eat at Hibiscus, the on site restaurant, it is highly rated on Trip Advisor.
We love the fact that it was a nice walk from the downtown. It was a beautiful evening and we went down to shop, eat and enjoy the weather. We would definitely recommend.
Thank you for staying with us and for noticing some of the little things that make a hotel stay comfortable. We appreciate your business and kind words!

The Morristown team will treat you like family. They are friendly and they remember you when you return for a stay at their hotel. Rooms are clean and free wifi is a plus. Breakfast in the morning is prepared fresh. The onsite restaurant is an added bonus.
