“Good food”
Reviewed January 26, 2014

Enjoyed Fiores twice. Went on a Wednesday night and had a delicious meal with my son and a friend. Went again on Saturday before going to Morristown PAC. The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic dinner even though it is a BYO.
The food was just as good on Saturday and the restaurant was very crowd. The service is great and I would highly recommended this place.
We plan on going again.

“Fiore's Restaurant”
Reviewed January 18, 2014

I was there last night. I advise to make reservations if you plan on going on a weekend. The plates we had was a delicious chicken with peas and a a salad with shrimp. They were both very good and tasty plates. The salad is a separate plate also. The price range is around $20 a plate and up depending on what you get.

It seemed they already had their Friday night regulars. You can bring your own wine too. It is just off South Ave on Elm Street. I chose to sit out on the porch since they seemed unorganized to take a walk in customer. It was a bit colder since it is the porch but the wait staff was definitely watching and came over to make sure we were pleased with our food. Not a bother at all but just the right amount of wait service to check on us. I would go again for a special occasion but would make the reservations. In the summer I have seen table on the outside eating which looked nice. They have a dessert menu but we passed since dessert was awaiting us at home. Enjoy your meal.

“Cramped”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

We went for dinner on a Friday night. Table was so near the door we felt a draft every time someone came in or left. Tables were pretty tightly spaced, making it kind of noisy. It seems to have twice the number of tables compared to what you see in their ad. Food was okay; nothing special. Rack of lamb seemed pretty expensive ($35). Probably would not go again.

“Forget Fiore's!”
Reviewed November 18, 2013

Dined here even after reading various mixed reviews, mostly negative ones, but decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake! The place was packed on a busy weekend night and patrons even dined at tables near the front door/hostess area which was odd. We waited a few minutes for our table but sat in a reasonable amount of time. Bread is delivered to the table with a disgusting version of 'olive oil'. The olive oil was murky green in color and of very low quality. Not even sure it passed for olive oil.

The $13.00 burrata cheese with avocado appetizer was a total rip off! Barely 2 ounces of cheese with a sliver of avocado and raw red onion.

The entree porkchop valdostana sounds amazing on the menu but a sad surprise when delivered. The veal is sliced so paper thin and half the chop is missing. The chop is stuffed with spinach but they forgot to add the cheese. Their home style gravy sauce tastes like a jar of Heinz it's so bad. The mashed potatoes are instant, gross! At least the carrots were real. This sloppy treat for $29.00 was a huge disappointment.

Oh, now on to the service. We didn't get so much as even a hello from our waiter, just a 'Do you know what you want'? Felt like we were ordering from a drive thru. One of the wait staff couldn't be bothered asking me if I wanted pepper, I guess he didn't see me at the table.

There is nothing authentic Italian about this place. Don't think anyone working here is Italian. We couldn't wait to leave this awful establishment. One of the worst meals we had in ages.
Ignore the crowds inside and read the reviews first.

“Dinner with Friends”
Reviewed November 13, 2013

We were "walk in" visitors on a Monday night and felt very welcome. Attentive staff. All of our selections were very well prepared and three of us had "doggie bags" to enjoy the next day. This BYOB restaurant is a pleasant place to spend an evening with friends!
