“Charming, quiet rural retreat close to the North Norfolk coast.”
Reviewed September 5, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

The perfect place for rest and recuperation - an ex cart-house with two rooms plus a wet-room and small hall.Especially appreciated was the outside terrace, flooded with the late afternoon sun and complete with barbecue area and comfy seating. Buzzards were flying overhead and in the field next to the cottage a small startled deer made an appearance. The hosts, Chris and Sally, were on hand for all eventualities and provided a great continental selection for breakfast, including gluten-free alternatives. Washing up disappeared during the day and crockery reappeared as if by magic!
A wonderful three-night stay.

“Lovely cottage”
Reviewed August 12, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

We had a great few days here in spite of the weather. The cottage is beautifully presented. There's an album of before and after pictures showing what a great job Chris and Sally have done. Lots to do in the area, close to the coast and the Broads.

“A little Gem of a B & B”
Reviewed September 8, 2016 for a stay in August 2016

what a lovely quaint conversion in a lovely peaceful country setting with hosts who were extremely obliging - nothing was too much trouble, their hard work has paid off with forty winks - and wish them well with their ongoing renovation work - we will return again at some point. great location for seeing the Norfolk coastline.

The best place we have ever stayed. So peaceful we didn`t want to go home. Nothing was too much for the owners. There was everything we needed for breakfast, and the cottage was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be going again.

Amazing unique quiet location
Beautifully set at the bottom of a little lane. This B & B is a cut a above the rest with lovely owners and an amazing little barn conversion all to yourself.
Breakfast : you were given a great choice of continental with fruit , yoghurt, cereals (choice of 10) toast and pastries..and more.
Great location as only 10 mins from Mundesley and Cromer.
There are great nature walks and so much to explore

“Lovely relaxing holiday in a beautiful b and b.”

A beautiful b and b in a quiet secluded area, just a few miles away from the coast of Cromer, Mundesley and Sheringham. We loved the private accomodation which was very cosy and clean and had everything we needed, including a good selection of foods and drinks for our continental breakfast. The owners Sally and Chris made us very welcome and had a good knowledge of the area. Gunton station is only a few minutes walk away and this station serves the areas of Norwich, Cromer, Sheringham, Wroxham and N Walsham. We used the train a few times as it made a relaxing change from driving. We look forward to going back again in the near future.
