Interesting vist - stayed December 14/15 2012 Cromer in the bleak winter is like all seaside town rather sad, however our hotel was warm and busy.
Food is excellent - Boltons Bistro can not be faulted, both nights in spite of being very busy hot well presented food served by smiling helpful staff. Breakfast excellent no microwaved bacon here, beautifully crisp and dry more than enough to satisify the bigest appitite.
Sad to say the hotel its self is sad tired and in need of TLC and a good housekeeper. Towels and bedlined were clean and water hot, if the decor had lived up to the food we would have been more than satisified, sorry to say it is sad tired and dingy. The staff are very cheerful and friendly, pity they do not have the surrounding to match. Taking everything in a very pleasant stayMore
