“A little gem”
Reviewed May 11, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We have just returned after a three night stay at the Seagull Apartment, Cromer, the apartment is the top flat of three in a converted terraced house, the apartment is only a short walk from the centre of Cromer in a very quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is excellent, clean, spacious and with all the mod cons you would expect. We were greeted by the owners who gave us a quick guided tour of the property and left us with a welcome tray that included a beautiful home made lemon cake, as well as wine, a lovely touch. The apartment is a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area, there is on street parking outside them property, but failing that the apartment has a private parking space at the rear, this does involve a short walk round as there is no access to the apartment from the rear, this is an observation and not a major issue. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Seagull Apartment to anyone, and would have no hesitation using the place in future.

“A fantastic stay”
Reviewed April 12, 2015 for a stay in March 2015

Great location. Very easy to walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Easy to find street parking outside or a private parking space at the back. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Comfy and a very good size for 2 people. We were made to feel very welcome by Steph... Lovely welcome tray on arrival and fantastic cake which lasted us all week. :-) We had a brilliant week, a great base to explore North Norfolk and we would definitely recommend this property.

Just returned from celebrating my husbands birthday. Just a few days away but what a place to spend it!
This apartment is gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice.
Situated on a quite road, with private parking and only a few minutes on foot to the centre of Cromer, it is well placed for a hassle-free holiday.
We were late arriving but Stephanie, the owner, went out of her way to be there to welcome us. Home made cake and wine left for us to enjoy.
The double bed was gorgeous, super-king, warm and comfy with a mass of gorgeous bed coverings! Just what was required on a cold night!
A great apartment, super clean, beautifully decorated with loads of little extras to make your break that little bit special!

“A lovely apartment”

Just had a lovely weekend in Cromer, the apartment could not really be any better. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and warm, plenty of space to eat, drink & relax. We had everything we could have wanted for a long weekend.
Located on a quite street a few minutes walk from the centre of Cromer where we found plenty of choice for eating and drinking. On street parking was easy with the option to use a parking space to the rear of the property if required.
Don’t however take large bags as there are 32 steps up to the lounge and bathroom from the street.
Well worth a visit.

A spotless, well appointed and tastefully furnished holiday let. Lovely reception from Steph, nice home made cake and wine! Would recommend 100%.
Perhaps a lower tog quilt could be provided for warmer weather?
