A fantastic short break in Corner Barn, thanks to Louise for supplying a really thoughtful welcome basket, and making us feel really welcome.
The barn is beautifully equipped, really spacious and extremely comfortable.
The location in the peaceful countryside, is perfect for exploring Norfolk's beautiful villages and stunning coastline. We will definitely be returning.
We hired out the Corner and Baileys Barn for my husband's 60th Birthday. What a gem of a place. When we arrived the accommodation was lovely, warm and cosy. There was plenty of room for all of us. Lovely touch with the welcome basket with the homemade bread, cakes and marmalade jam. The beds were very comfortable. My Granddaughter really enjoyed the games box with lots to play with. Our dog had been left a treat which we thought was a lovely touch. Very spacious where we all had plenty of space for all of us. Well equipped kitchen. Went for a lovely meal at the Saceren's Head where we could take our dog on the Saturday evening. Food was tasty. All in all a we all had a wonderful and relaxing weekend away and would not hesitate in booking up the Corner Barn again.
Many thanks Louise for your help with the stay.
Great accommodation in a lovely little village. Clean, comfortable and everything you need in a holiday cottage. Games and toys provided for the children and the beds were very comfortable. I would only say that a bigger fridge in Corner Barn would have been useful as there is plenty of room for one in the kitchen. We had some fantastic day trips during our stay including crabbing at Blakeney and and the beautiful Holkham beach. There are a couple of great local walks for the dog and an added bonus was that Louise could check on our dog regularly on the days we couldn't take her out with us (Bewilderwood and Dinosaur Adventure). Overall a fantastic cottage and I would definitely recommend to a friend.
A very enjoyable weekend was had by all. The facilities were first class and Louise and Ted were on hand if needed. Louise's welcome basket was very acceptable.
The location was very quiet but not too far from the North Norfolk coast and the various facilities there.
Would definitely consider going again.
We had a lovely stay at the corner barn. It is a really nice place to stay, all the rooms are spacious, especially the kitchen and lounge areas. It was all very clean and there was everything you could want, and a bit more. There was even a welcome hamper with an assortment of local and home made food which was all very nice. The courtyard area was great for a BBQ and the table tennis table in an adjoining barn was a nice touch which we enjoyed using. The owner was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages.
The location is lovely, on the edge of a small hamlet in the middle of the countryside. It was perfect for a leisurely cycle to Cromer for lunch and back again by a different route; plenty of quiet lanes to cycle along in all directions.
Lovely barn.It was bigger than we thought, lovely social space. The wood burner made it really cosy. The mezzanine sofa bed was really comfy as were all the other beds.Really close for the wedding we were attending at The Reading Rooms in the next village. Had good ping pong matches in the outhouse, Louise couldn't have been more helpful. The communication was great. We had a little problem that was sorted as soon as physically possible. All in all a great weekend had in a lovely location.
