The apartments were not too shabby but due to end of season they ran out of a few things and didn't reorder them due to them closing however the bar staff were top notch especially Hussain he was very attentive and looked after us all making sure we never ran out of drinks.

We have been visiting Turkey for around 10 years and staying in many hotels and villas - this was by far the worst stay!
I was really disappointed with this hotel and the service provided. My room was overlooking the back pool, room 521.
Do not stay in this room it is a death trap!
Had power cuts every other night, both phone chargers blow up (next to the bed) and both light switchers where sparking.
The block my room was in was also very noisy, doors slamming constantly
At breakfast; If you don't get there for 8am there's not much left. We got the big sell of doing a Turkish bath in the hotel (the prices are expensive) and when he found out that we booked else where he got upset, all they are bothered about making more money out of you.
The food choices were very limited
This hotel needs a lot of maintenance doing in the rooms and the rooms are very basic and in need of an update, the rooms aren't like on the Monta-Verde website.
There was an old telly that only had Turkish channels (not seen a TV like that for about 20 years, need to get it on EBay) and it was BASIC.
The worst was the shower which had me in tears on more than one occasion. The shower TRICKLED COLD WATER. I am not joking! I was stood in a dirty dated cold shoddy bathroom under a trickle of freezing water (see Pictures)
The "gym" consisted of 4 1980s rusty machines in the dark basement I couldn't have made it up.
I would never return here and would not recommend anyone.

on arrival we were given villa 4, nothing good about this place, pool was in bad repair, tubs of open chemicals left in room by pool no lock on door, pool man threw chlorine into pool so it was just sat at the bottom.
no pool bar. no telephone to contact reception, no wifi Villa owner let himself in with his own key.
villas not even connected to the hotel, had to walk down busy main road to access villa, no security, no life guard, hassled by spa worker as soon as we arrived, reception not helpful, i have taken pictures on phone to show this run down villa, would never stay here or advise anyone to do so either.
They only have 2 villas all others are owned, so really should not be advertising it as hotel & villas its a disgrace

Dear Cheryl S

First of all, we are deeply sorry for not providing you the accommodation that you expected.

The bar has been closed at Villa area for 5 years now. There is also no Wİ-Fİ covering the Villa area, which the tour operator , should of explaıned to you upon making your bookıng as thıs is not our responsibility.
One of the photographs mentioned is an attic photo. We already have fixed the roofıng throughout all our villas including the leakage problems by using insulating materials. We believe that is not a bad situation to where it would affect your comfort.
The Picture you photographed concerning the upper balcony drain pipe which is not covered is also not a situation to affect your comfort as all the villas within turkey are built to the exact same standards.
We use powder chlorine because of workload that can take time to mix in water.
You are right about the torn mattress that is next to the bed however if you had to come to reception and explained this to us we would of changed this for you straight away as we was not aware that this was ın this condiotion and we pride ourselves on maintain a high standard throughout our hotel and villas, but the bedframe was intact.

We would have expected you to have reported these problems during your stay. If that would have been done, we would have directly changed your bed or even changed your Villa

Just arrived back after 2 weeks staying at this lovely hotel. We had a family room which
was of a good size. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and bedding and towels were changed each day
The staff at this hotel always have a smile for you although some do not speak great english. We never went to the silent pool but stayed round the main pool which was spotless. The manager came over and introduced himself the day we arrived and always had a smile for you. A big thanks to Tuna who is a credit to the hotel as he remembered everyone's name and is always cheery.

Room Tip: I cannot only comment for room 208 which is a family room, which is a good size.

Well what can I say about this little gem of a place when we first pulled up outside I was a bit dubious (it was midnight ) there was not much life but reception was welcoming we were booked in and shown our room also our luggage was Carried up to our room the room was very nice , bed a sofa area with TV , balcony and shower room so there was plenty of room for our cases once emptied
The balcony isn't the biggest I have had but it was more than adequate for us to sit on (2 chairs and small table ) and have a welled deserved drink after a long day travelling
Had a good nights sleep on a comfy bed
The rooms are cleaned everyday also
Went for breakfast in the morning and was met by assortment of breads cooked food and salad a coffee machine also a juice machine
There was indoor seating as well as outdoor seating (next to one of the 2 pools)
There is a bar and a restaurant above the bar there is also a pool table
The staff were very attentive to each and every customer
We had a look around the hotel and found our second pool at the back of the hotel which was called the quite zone for those who just want to chill (spent most of our pool time around this pool)
There is also a sauna and gym area on the ground floor where you can also get your massage
We then had a look around the local area you have a hair and nail place across the road and next door you also have two supermarkets
There is also a local bus (transit van minibus) which will stop outside the door of the hotel to take you to Hisaronu or Oludeniz for 3.75 Turkish lira (£0.75) or cross the road and go to Fethiye for the same price
We ate at the Deck restaurant that night (above the hotel bar )
And was greeted by the manager named Tuna who was very pleasant and asked our names (which he never forgot our entire stay) we ordered drinks then pursued the menu and what a great choice we ordered our food and what arrived was very tasteful would of eaten here again but as it was coming to the end of the Turkish holiday season the restaurant was closing
All in all what a great hotel in a very nice area the staff could not do enough for you
