We have just arrived home from two weeks holiday in the palm gardens and can honestly say that it is pure heaven. how can anyone find any fault with this place some of the comments made by other people reviewing this complex are nothing but LIES. firstly you will find when booking this complex that it is a FAMILY orinitated hotel complex if you want peace and quite DONT BOOK HERE i mean get a grip do you expect children to play beside the pool area and be quite I DONT THINK SO. you will find that parents can take there children on holiday when ever they feel like it. it is called HALF TERM BREAK.

Yes there is only one gate in and out WHICH IS NEVER PATROLED by the staff. in the 2 weeks we stayed we were never forced to stay and eat at any point. this comment again is lies did you not get any hassle when you walked out and about to come in for food to any restarants icmeler i bet you did. the hotel has every right to try and promote the restarant as much as any other resterant you will find in icmeler.

the staff cant do enough for you we felt like we had know them all for years they would come and sit and chat with you every day you could never walk past any of them without them saying hello or taking the time to speak to you. a speacial mention to the management team alli and sabastiain who bent over backwards to ensure we had a great time in turkey. i was badly bitten when i was on holiday and alli took us to the chemist to ensure that i got the best possible medical advise. he was also good enough to taxi my parents about to subastian also organised a great day out for us to the managment and the team cant do enough for and WERE NEVER AT ANY POINT RUDE OR PUSHEY.

the complex is modern and tidy ideally situated for every thing you need rooms are clean and spacious clean linen and bedding everyday BET YOU DONT GET THAT AT HOME.

all in all we had an amasing time so much so we have just booked for next year and the count down is on cant wait look forward to seeing you all again Dave & Lynn McDonald roon 102

We've been to Palm Garden every year since it opened, 7years. It really is a great resort, the apartments are spacious and well equiped and cleaned daily with fresh towels and linen. Ali, the owner, hand picks all the staff, who are always polite and attentive. Special mentions should go to Ali's brother Seb, his nephew Ibo, the Head Waiter Young Ali, and of course Yoshie, Ozzie and new boy, Sahin. Ali always manages to get a top chef, and the food served at Palm Garden is as good, or better, than anything we've had in Turkey!!!
The location of Palm Garden puts it in easy reach of the town centre, the beach and the old town.
The pool area is great, and kept immaculate.
The only problem that we came across was the noise made by some of the chidren ( how do so many people manage to take their children out of school, in term time??? ). I know that we're a couple of old fogies, but we don't mind the kid's shrieks of enjoyment, but a few of the children SCREAMED incessantly this year. It upset us, and quite a few other guests, so much that we will have to give serious thought about returning next year. Pity they can't make it adults only from mid September eh??
Anyway, that issue aside, Palm Garden comes highly recommended by us both, well done to Ali and his crew!!

Room Tip: Top floors get the last of the sun, in the evenings

Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Restaurant and bar served a wide range of food at a very high standard, including the kids menu, they also catered for our kids non menu requests. Rooms were very clean and in good order with all that we required and cleaned daily. Pool and pool-side was kept very clean and was great for the kids. All the staff were very friendly and always keen to be of help. Have no complaints at all with our stay at palm gardens.Excellent Holiday.

I travelled with my mum, dad, hubby, 2 daughters, brother, his partner and his 2 daughters, ages ranged from 4 - 65 years. We had rooms 301/302/303, my hubby, daughters & I stayed in 303. We just arrived back yesterday, which was our 1st ever trip to Turkey, what a beautiful country !! We had 3 rooms together which was really good as the kids could run from room to room and no other guests passed by our rooms with them being situated at one corner of the hotel. The hotel is a small family run hotel, with Ali being the manager and works along side his brother Sebastian, and their families. Shane, Yoshi, Memet, Ozi, Merlout, DJ, n chef (sorry for any spelling mistakes in names guys) all great guys who along side Ali and Sebastian provided a 5 star service and made our holiday the best one ever !!! These guys all work very hard & long hours and still manage to smile and take the time to chat to you !! The food is amazing at the hotel we ate dinner 4 times there during our 10 day stay and found Palm Gardens food to be the best out of all the different places we tried. We also had breakfasts and lunches there on occasion also, we were never ever pressurised into eating at the hotel at any time during our stay !!! We went to 2 Wednesday party nights and the Saturday Turkish night. While we were there we met a really nice family from Aberdeen what a laugh, especially after hours at the bar, Ali & Sebastian would also join in, think Sebastian had a bit of a hangover after the last one trying to keep up with us Scots lol !! I could go on for ever and ever about what a great time we had !!! If anyone wants to ask any questions feel free to email me while everything is fresh in my head, hopefully my pictures will answer some !!! Just to let you know how much we loved Palm Gardens, as soon as we arrived home I went down to the travel agents and booked for next year !!!!

We was pleasently surprised when we turned up at this complex, nice sized rooms decent sized pool we thought perhaps its too good to be true unfortunately it was.
There is one gate in and out and this is patrolled by the staff to catch people who want
to go out of the complex, as we are regulars to Icmeler we have got our favourite places to eat so being on holiday we will do as we like, unfortunately much to our hosts disgust.
Also the staff dont wait on you infact some could be down right rude (again probably down to the fact we had other plans on turkish night).Be very wary of the owners as they will also try to sting you for holding the room, the Hoteliers agreement which is not displayed anywhere in the reception means you could be stung for any price the owner decides. All in all nice place, nice location terrible customer service other than that it was all nice and perfect(but they dont write there own reviews do they)

Room Tip: Most rooms face the pool and music is normally turned down by 00:00.
