Me and my husband stayed here for a week in May 2018. On arrival i think a welcome drink is missing as we arrive very late after many hours of travelling but this can be overlooked. Our room was large and well located. The bathroom/shower was amazing and lots of toiletries/slippers/robes etc were a nice touch. We had a bottle of processo and a fruit basket waiting for us also which was also a lovely touch. The main buffet restaurant is fine but definitely missing cut fresh fruit for breakfast. Evening meals in there are hit and miss and we only used it for the evening twice. The Italian a'la carte was really nice, great service and lovely view. Well worth £10 each for the 5 course meal we recieved although not a huge selection to chose from. The Steak a'la carte was also brilliant. Very quick service, lovely veiws and again well worth the £10 per person for a 5 course meal. The Turkish a'la carte was lovely food however, the service was poor and extremely rushed. We seemed to be waiting an ages to be noticed at all but then it was pushed through super quick. It was my husbands birthday and it ruined the evening. Mains bought over while still eating our starter and then mid way through mains they bought over dessert which had ice cream on it..not great. Also they were supposed to bring a birthday cake over for my husband but they never did!
I would bother with breakfast being bought to your room. Selection is quite dull and better off going to get it yourself.
The private beach and jetty are really lovely and have beautiful views to sunbathe at all day. The pools are great too and there is loads for kids to do.
Generally staff are really friendly and helpful and dont expect tips but very grateful when given one.
The spa was great and worth the money although found it very annoying to keep being pestered while sunbathing but the sales people from there.
Overall a lovely holiday and the above are small moans that would not put us off returning. Would recommend this hotel and we had a lovely holiday with beautiful weather!

My partner and I stayed from 14th to 21st May. A beautiful hotel in wonderful surroundings. We originally stayed in a room which was nice enough but had next door neighbours who would shout at each other well into the small hours. After not sleeping for the first two nights we complained to reception who were extremely helpful and moved us to one of the rooms in the forest part near the adult pool. It was a very similar room but so much quieter.

As for the food, all I can say that reading some of the reviews on here, some people will never be satisfied and just have to moan. There was something different every night and it was all very tasty. Yes, at times it was really busy and there was a lack of cups or cutlery but this is a big hotel catering for a lot of people.

All of the bars were very good and the drinks were lovely. All of the bar staff worked with a smile on their face.

The main pool is lovely and we never struggled to find a sunbed. The private beach and jetties were fabulous too and much quieter.

All in all an amazing week and we are already planning going back next year.

Me and my partner went to this hotel on the 8th of May for a week. It was such a lovely hotel, plenty of sun beds to choose from, we liked the food although as people say it was the same most nights. Ridvan in the spa was lovely, made us feel welcome and had a chat with him most days. Cannot recommend the spa enough and the staff. The only few disappointing things for us was when we arrived at 5pm the maid was still cleaning our room and worked around us when we where trying to settle in. After the first night we changed rooms anyway as our first room was on top of where the bin men came, the lorry was always underneath our room! that came every morning and apparently evenings aswell! So was very noise and we used to hear the staff hanging out near there to, it seemed like they was on their breaks. Also the restaurant tables where never cleaned, there was always plates, food, you name it just left there and me and my partner would wait around for about 5 minutes to try and find someone to clean the tables. This happened every night and we was getting so frustrated as it felt like you had to fight to even find a table at first, let alone a clean one.
We had the Turkish ale carte and that was amazing I would recommend! The receptionist where always lovely and helpful to us to! The hotel is allocated with beautiful views, and marmaris was only a 5 minute bus away! We would come back here again, but would have to see improvements on the things stated above.

Thank you club turban

I have just returned from a seven day break. My initial thoughts are that this is not a five star hotel as intimated by TUI; this said it is a very nice four star hotel. We had a Villa which was nice but a bit showing its age in places, the cleanliness was very good. This is best suited to families in my opinion. It has lots to do for children including a fun fair/playground that runs in the evening for a couple of hours as well as child friendly pools and a games lounge and some flumes set to the rear of the hotel complex. The location is fantastic with Marmaris about five kilometres in in one direction and Ismet three kilometres from in the other direction. Both locations can be accessed by a coastal path which is a pleasant walk or via a bus or taxi. A taxi from Marmaris back to the hotel in the evening was around four UK pounds. There are several bars one in the hotel lobby, one by the pool and one on the beach. The beach bar leads via steps directly into the sea or to a jetty; it also has its own private beach which is a big bonus. There is entertainment in the amphitheatre which was to a very high standard and very good, in the two shows we saw, this included a dance troop and a human circus, which appealed to all age groups and was definitely worth attending. The food was good but the “Al a Carte” restaurants were very good which need booking early, really upon arrival if you want to take full advantage of the restaurants. There is a Fish restaurant on the beach and the Turkish restaurants both were fantastic. The hotel offer boat trips directly from the hotel, which collects you from the private jetty at 10.30 and returns you to the hotel at 17.30. The boat stops seven times from memory and you get an opportunity to have five swims in beautiful spots from 30 minutes to 45 minutes and a lunch is provided on the boat and you only pay for your drinks which are very reasonable. There is a coffee shop outside the main reception and the coffee is fantastic and always busy but you will find yourself making frequent visits. When we were there about eighty percent of the guest was Russian, however this appeared to be moving more towards a bias of British as we were leaving and the meals in the main restaurant seemed to be catering more for British tastes. All in all a really nice hotel in quite a unique setting well placed to accommodate most holiday requirements. Temperatures remained around 30 degrees during the day and 20 in the evening. In conclusion I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Room Tip: Go for a sea view if at all possible
