Just got back from the Efendi Hotel in Icmeler. Checked in about 6am in the morning and a lovely young man carried our cases to our room. Room was lovely had a great view little of the sea and over looking the Heaven Bar which i thought would be noisy in the evenings but the patio doors were great sound proofing and on the dot of midnight the music from the bar would stop so no problems with sleeping. Hired a fridge for the week which was 30tl. Air conditioning in the room was free. Would really recommend this hotel and hope to go back there next year. Only spent our last morning by the pool which was great only a few people there and a great sun trap. Hotel was two minutes from the beach which was a great advantage especially if you got to the beach and forgot something which i always did. Spent most of time on the Kontes Beach loungers and shade for two 6tl for the day so really cheap and very helpful staff who looked after you all day with drinks and food. If you have booked the Efendi Hotel you will not be dissappointed it is a great little hotel and i cant wait to go back there.

Hubby and I have returned tonight after 2 weeks. Wish I was back there even now! Went to Iclemer 7 yrs ago with kids and stayed at Pinewood which was fabulous for our kids at that timne.. Kids grown up now, so this was ideal....quiet, small, central and SO friendly! Really close to trips at much lower cost than through reps.(Trip agency directly opposite to hotel was brill!) Agree that sunbeds need looking at as many of them are broken which could cause problems in high season. (we had to check them before using as some of them were split throughout their length). Staff friendly, cleaners exceptional, resort not tacky and 'over British'.....would definitely return.

We stayed at the hotel Efendi last year and had a great holiday unfortunately we were dissapointed this year the rooms were kept clean and the staff were lovely and very helpful, unfortunately the pool was very dirty about 40% of the sunbedds were broken and the remaining sun beds were very dirty because of the broken beds there were nt enough for everyone, the pool area in general was nt very clean or tidy either, won t be returning to the Efendi next year but Icmeler so lovely will look for other accommodation .

I went to the Efendi Hotel with my 14 year old Daughter and some friends, the Hotel was very clean and we had a ground floor room which the patio doors led straight to the swimming pool. This is a small family run hotel and the people were friendly. Only one moan is that the breakfast could have been better, the evening meal however was good and rustic. we had to pay 3 lires each for a sunbed on the beach which belonged to the hotel, I felt that it should be free for paying guest at the hotel. I would advise to go to the next sunbeds a long as they are free!!
I recommend the day trips which are on offer dont do them through your reps as they are expensive, try the venders on the beach as you can get a good deal when you haggle with them.change your money over there as you get a better exchange rate.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back are more quieter

Me and my Partner stayed at this Hotel for 11 nights and we have to say it is a very nice place to stay. The Staff are very friendly and the service is top notch. Maestro Restaunt is attached to the Hotel, as is Heaven Bar. The Food in Maestro is very good quality (we recommend the Lamb!!) and the Nightlife in Heaven Bar is very Entertaining. Heaven Bar is usually loaded with other British Holiday Makers.

The Rooms at the Hotel are Basic, but all you need. No Cooking Facilities but you do have the option to Rent a Fridge for an additional Fee. You can also Rent a Safe in the Reception Area for an Additional Fee.

In Summary, I would Recommend this Hotel to anyone that asked.
