What a fantastic hotel. Very quite and relaxing and right next to the beach. You can go for a swim in the sea and come back to the hotel garden and sunbathe on comfortable loungers. No need to stay on the very crowded beach. The pool and sun loungers are awesome. some with thick mattresses to lay on. Pool/beach towels are supplied daily which is a nice touch. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day with clean towels daily. Tea making facilites are standard as is air-con at no extra charge. Room safe cost 35 TL per week. The breakfast is OK but can't comment on the other meals as we went B&B, our preference as there are so many nice restaurants to go to, most with some sort of entertainment later in the evening. British guests seem to be in a minority at the hotel, with mostly guests from scandinavian countries and Germany which was no problem. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Turkey.

Have to say that overall this hotel was really good, the waiters n bar staff were awesome, always wanting to help. However one of the receptionist was very moody, not very helpful, we had a late check out (which we paid a lot for) and lost wifi connection as had to move rooms, when I asked him a couple of times very politely to connect me, he became extremely rude as it would've meant him coming to the reception area and off the computer, from which sounded like he was watching something! The rooms were cleaned every day n had one of the best rooms too. Being only bed and breakfast can only comment on the breakfast, which was really good considering it was a small hotel, very basic. Food outside is great but very very expensive equivalent to London prices.

Room Tip: The shower in room 106 is a little awkward, the hot water doesn't work properly n it's posit...

First the good points. The resort of Icmeler is beautiful, much, much nicer than Marmaris. The hotel was right on the seafront and had idylic views across the bay. A walkway and cycle-path has been laid which goes all the way into Marmaris, for the more energetic this was ideal morning exersise. We arrived at 2 am and without too much fuss were shown to our rooms, (we were in 210), after travelling for the best part of 13 hours the sight of a soft bed was luxury. However, by 4am the incessant droning noise in the room was driving us mad. After switching everything off we could find, we realised it was coming from the hotels kitchen which was through the wall from the room. Having booked a room with a seaview, (which we certainly didn't have) and with the noise next door we complained, to be told that there was nothing they could do to move us for 3 days, then we could be moved to their sister hotel, (the Munamar beach resort), for 1 day then moved back into room 202. So having no other choice, and after having purchased earplugs, we agreed. In the 2 weeks we were there, 3 other couples were given room 210 and they all asked to be moved. Apart from the room debacle the first week was very nice. Being vegetarian I thought the food was ok, there was at least one vegetarian meal I could eat, (pasta). However the second week the food was basic, a few complaints from other guests, (all different nationalities, so it wasn't just the Brits), with the same problem, not enough choice. For me there was nothing for a main meal, I could have had a salad as this was plentiful, but for an evening meal I wanted something hot. So 2 nights of chip butties before giving up and eating out. I must say the restaurants around Icmeler are excellent and reasonably priced, with a three course meal for four with 2 drinks each for around 160TL, about £65. Being all inclusive the drinks on offer were ok, the usual local spirits and beers, (the red wine was actually palatable), but if you drink spirits you would be advised to take your own and top up as the amount you are given is meagre. I would certainly recommend Icmeler as its a lovely, clean resort. The Casa & Blanca is at best a 4 star with pleasant staff who are keen to please, and make your stay welcoming. There is no entertainment in the hotel but plenty going on round about to keep you amused. There was plenty of excursions on offer and would certainly recommend at least one boat trip as the scenery is stunning.

Room Tip: Stay well away from room 210.

We stayed at the Casa and Blanca Boutique Hotel in Icmeler, Turkey 1 Sept 2012 for 2 weeks. This by far was the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff were so friendly and welcoming which made our stay very enjoyable. The room was cleaned every day to a very high standard, thanks Phyllis. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone and would encourage people to stay there. It is very close to the beach (literally 1-2 minutes walk) for those who want a quick cool off in the sea. Reading some of the comments on trip advisor we were put off slightly due to the fact some had said they got charged for towels and bedding which they had got marks on. Handy advice I guess, we washed out every mark seen, which dried in minutes in the sun. A stunning Hotel, very well designed internally and externally. For those of you that have booked your holiday there, you definitely wont be disappointed. Sarah and Colin from Cornwall.

We arrived at 12.30am and the first thing asked was did we need anything to eat which after 12 hours of travelling was very welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and very tastefully decorated and furnished, the staff are extremely polite and can't do enough for you, the food although very nice and well set out became a bit repetative after a week but you have to consider the different nationalaties that stay at the hotel. We would certainly go again and recommend to anyone the hotel but would strongly advise you book a direct transfer by car from the airport which cost's around £68.00 return and takes just over an hour as opposed to a coach which can take up to three hours with all the drop off's.

This small scale hotel has nearly everything to pamper you for a holiday with (practically) no entertainment and no screaming children round the pool nor in the restaurant.
The restaurant view is really stunning : the bay of Içmeler and the island in front through the open arches. The buffet food is good but no culinary waw-experience :let's say you certainly won't die of hunger (fries always cold, limited choice of bread, no variety in breakfast,...)
The swimming pool offers you a nice and friendly bar and further up towards the beach there's a grassfield with ( lots of ) crippled sunbeds. The cushens here on need an urgent replacement as they are very thin due to : completely worn out.
The rooms give you all you need with a good A/C and small but sufficiently comfortable bathroom. The hotel also has sunbeds on the beach with a drink service guy. With here and there some investments this hotel could grow into a fine 4 star relaxation hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. The reception girl however should try to be more friendly and keep in mind that sometimes a smile can produce miracles...

Room Tip: Rooms at the street side are noisy until 12pm

The girlfriend and I checked in early hours of the morning, dealt with a very nice guy on reception who showed us a couple of rooms and let us pick which one we wanted, which was a nice touch. Rooms are clean, big comfy bed, only let down a bit by the finish in the bathroom - tiling wasn't great and the shower door doesn't do its job, water leaked all over the floor every time we used it. Food was a lot better than I expected, While there was a fair bit of repetition, there were 4/5 hot options at lunch and dinner, plus loads of veg, chips, prepared salads, cheeses, desserts and in our experience the hot food was always hot and always cooked through. Fabulous view from the dining room too. No waiting in line for food or stuff running out either, we were there when the place was fully booked and there was always enough seating and plenty of food to go round.
Pool area was lovely, bar staff can't be faulted, relaxing music on in the background - during the day you wouldn't know you are right in the middle of things.
The only reason I couldn't give a 5 rating is because of the hotels location, and the fact that while the music in the surrounding bars is turned down at 12 you can still hear it and being a light sleeper it did bother me, though less so as the holiday went on. Fine if you are out every night, not so much if you aint. The other half slept like a baby every night.
We were in Icmeler for a wedding, and had friends staying at other hotels both in Icmeler and up the road in Marmaris, and in all honesty I am so gald we were in this hotel. No banging music all day round the pool, no scrum to get to the food at lunch time, no waiting in line to get a drink at the bar, no getting up at 6 am to get a sun bed, all of which we experienced for ourselves when visiting other hotels.
This hotel was a calm and tranquil oasis in a friendly and lively town. It was a real bonus being able to get the best of both worlds, depending on your mood. I Would definately stay here again.
