Just arrived back and not normally one to complain about any of the Resturants in Hisaronu
But feel I need to put this in writing on the way the customer service was at the Curry Palace, we have used this Resturant on many occasions over
the past few years and upto now have never had a problem.
But this time was a lot different their was 4 of us and we ordered the set menu, we all found that it wasn't upto the normal standard so when they came to clear the table there was plenty of food left, the waiter asked us if every think was ok !!
We just asked if the chef had changed as the chicken was very dry and the naan breads were also dry as if they had just been re-heated,
the English girl then came over just grinned and then very rudely started to speak in Turkish, as I said have never had a reason to complain at this Resturant or any other.
But surely we wasn't looking for a free meal but a sorry you didn't enjoy your meal this time and instead of talking about us in Turkish so we didn't know what was being said isn't the way to get customers to return.
Sorry for the rant but with so much choice in this small village maybe you should treat every customer as if they was your first !!
