I want to start this off by saying, we wanted for nothing while we stayed here. All of the staff were very kind and ensured we felt at home, even the ones who could not speak English were kind enough to do their best to translate and a lot of the guests were German/Deutch however, they were so friendly, I even picked up a bit of German.

The facilities were so clean, the food was spot on, the entertainment was great, no it does not cater for Germans only like the two-star review said, the presenter/people running the shows made sure to also translate into English so everyone was included,

What made this place all round was actually the staff, especially at the reception. Tamara is one of the best people you'll meet. Oh and the parrot Korbi is certainly enough to warrant the 5 stars,

Thank you to everyone there!

From the moment we parked up and they collected our luggage till we left..
The hotel is predominantly German and the workers will mostly speak German but there was a few people (Tamara) and (cenan) and the guest relation lady (Marcina) who spoke English so was no issue really .
The food was excellent served as a buffet and the choices were plenty to satisfy everyones needs and the menu changed daily so no complaints there, the waiters were very attentive and polite and kept the drinks flowing.
The beach is literally on the door step and was clean there was a bar there as well so helped when the sun was blazing.
My only gripe and I mean only would be the fact we have to pay for wifi in our rooms but this is done at most hotels so I wont hold that against them.
There was regular entertainment most nights that was fun but again really catered for the Europeans but again it was interesting to see other cultures and how they entertain themselves.
Avsallar is about 20 mins walking distance and is a nice bustling town at best ,Alanya is 20 mi s Drive away but is much more busier and has a lot more options for night time or daytime outings or eateries
So all in all for me and my family without a shadow of doubt we will be seeing them again..Thanks aska

The best thing about this hotel is the beach which is very nice and clean however the other facilities are poor and some of the staff are really rude. One of the pool boys (called this by reception team) was openly rude to my wife as he took away one of our umbrella’s, we needed two as one was for our one year old daughter as we informed the pool boy in the morning which he agreed to. The manager did nothing other than try to make out it was a misunderstanding and that tapping the side of his head, raising his voice and saying “what do you want” before walking off is standard in Turkey. After complaining about the staff member he made a point of showing his anger as he strolled around the beech. At no point during our two week stay did any of the pool boys help us to get beds/umbrella’s which sometimes involved taking them from one end of the beech to the other whilst trying to carry our daughters buggy. We went in May and had to get up early to put towels on beds as this was standard practice here, the alternative was to turn up at 10:00 and have no space to sit. This is because the hotel did not put out all of the sun beds despite the fact it was well over 25oc. Eventually the managed to start putting these up but this poor organisation adds too much stress for holiday makers who are on an all inclusive trip. The food is good but the gym is a joke as is the ice cold indoor pool with no seats or beds around it. Most of the staff make you feel like you are just in the way and are in some way Inconveniencing them by being there. The hotel is mainly used by people from Germany and Russia so the hotel do not cater for English people at all meaning they do not speak English and all the entertainment is in German. No customer service, can’t recommend this to anyone.

Dear Guest,

First of all, we would like to inform you that we are sad that we could not quite meet your holiday expectations. We also thank you for your rating and we are pleased that we can comment on this platform.

In the first place and for us the most important thing comes that all our guests are equal for us, this means no difference to any nationalities. Not even for the English because we are
an international house and bookable for every guest. You wrote in your review that you could not get an umbrella or a lounger on the other hand you write of a cold indoor swimming pool. Unfortunately, we couldn't understand the connection. In the summer season the indoor pool is no longer heated, this information is advertised everywhere. (Tour operator, catalogs, internet, hotel homepage and hotel information)

We all know that berths at the pool or by the sea have unfortunately always been reserved very early or occupied with towels. To this day, no hotel has been able to use an organization for this action, because if you have no sympathy for people, a lounger that you don't need yet reserved, we as hotel management can't do much either. Here every hotel expects understanding from its guests to its fellow guests. In our hotel, of course, employees speak English, please read reviews in which guests tell about it.
So far no guest has been in our way, on the contrary, we are on site so that guests can turn to us. We help wherever we can. We don't know who you contacted, but our long-time guest relations employee would have been very happy to help you and your family.

If you would like to decide again to visit us, which we would be delighted , write to us shortly beforehand so that we can help you before your arrival. We believe that there is nothing that is not feasible, so we would be happy to hear from , the way to convince you of the opposite. Let yourself be surprised because we want you to feel comfortable.

In the hope of receiving your e-mail at the following address, we remain with best regards to England for you and your dear family.

Kindest regards,

For a short all inclusive beach holiday, this place was perfect. Sure, there were some things that didn’t live up to a 4.5 star rating (wifi, coffee, some paint chipping, rain coming in between balcony door, tiny TV, animation geared towards elderly folks, no fresh Turkish sweets nor ice cream), but the price was justified.
Beach view was amazing, all inclusive buffet included mezes, peppermint tea and caj, freshly grilled meat and fish (sea bass on Friday or Saturday was perfect) and in December (before Xmas), the hotel wasn’t overcrowded. I had a few days of sun on the beach and a day of Hamam and wellness.
A ten minute walk takes you to Avsallar - locals drinking coffee/tea and playing games, supermarkets and many clothing stores. Another convenience is the bus stop 50m to the right of hotel entrance. 7 Lira takes you to Antalya (runs every 30 minutes).
Overall, nice vacation resort. Book beach view, if you can.

We stayed for one week in March, we stayed in C Block which is located in an annex on the other side of the road - you can access the beach through a well lit private passage underground which doesn't take long.
Our room was nice and clean, you could hear the traffic which was to be expected.

The food is good, with a good selection of Turkish food.

The gym equipment was broken which was a shame, I could have done with the use of the gym after all the food I ate!

The all inclusive wine was not very nice.. but the beer was quite drinkable.

The beach is stunning and the hotel itself is lovely inside. I have to admit we were worried on the way here as some of the beaches and hotels were a bit sketchy - but we were pleasantly surprised on arrival.

This hotel is very popular with German guests, we were the only English people there for the first 5 days of our stay. The entertainment is aimed at the German guests, which is unsurprising due to the majority of the guests being German. This didnt both us as we were only here for a week and prefer our own company.

Tourist information is in German, so if you're interested in excursions you're best looking this up online first!

There was a gentleman in a leather jacket advertising the spa services who was very pushy, I didn't like that.. but I appreciate this was his job.

Our tips:
- Learn some Turkish or German phrases.
- Bring Euros, Turkish Lira confuses the staff!
- Try the full programme at the Turkish Baths.
- Take the bus down to Alanya and visit the castle, a bus will cost about 1 euro each way.
