Visited golf course for 9 hole, bragging rights, game with more intensity than the Ryder cup between 4 friends of more than 60 years.

Challenging holes, changing incline and long walks from green to tee made the game slower than we would like. Well maintained and presented Course and excellent club facilities.

Rather expensive for holiday golf though and more suited to serious golfers.

Between Xabia and Denia La Sella is a good location to experience the Spanish town of Denia and the lovely old town of Xabia.
Denia has a mix of beaches, shopping in a sophisticated setting, two marinas, a varied night light, the fascinating fish market, historical castle, natural walks along Les Rotes, the shady tree lined main street of Marques de Campo, the convenient ferry to Ibiza and Formentera all overlooked by the magnificent Mt. Montgo.
Xabia's old town has been restored very tastefully and is centred on a magnificent Church where the narrow churches house a wide range of good bars and restaurants. Xabia port offers a beautiful promenade with lots of restaurants and a traditional fishing port.
The hotel itself is beautifully kept with rooms overlooking Montgo or the excellent pool. The golf course offers a stern test, is well managed and welcoming to both the low and higher handicap players and includes a lovely terrace bar overlooking the 9th green and 10th tee.

Visited several times - first since changing ownership in April 2017. Much the same - we had our favourite room looking out over the pool and golf course.
However the food has not improved - apart from good buffet breakfast. Plenty of choice for both cold and cooked. Dinner is the disappointment. A'la Carte choice very limited in the buffet area (main restaurant does not open during the week this time of year) - presentation and quality much to be desired for the price. Seating area very cafe-like.
Staff delightful.

Dear Jill D
Thank you for your visit and for taking your time to share your comments about your experience with other travelers. We appreciate you pointing out the quality of our breakfast buffet and the friendliness of our staff. On the downside we regret to hear about your disappointment about the dinner. Your critique is certainly important to us and we wish to ensure you that it will be taken seriously. Our menu offerings change several times of the year and we hope being able to show you at a future occasion that we can do better. Our Montgo Restaurant is open for dinner on a daily basis, however in our shoulder season for lunch it is open only on the weekends. As an alternative we have a smaller food selection available in our Lobby Bar. Our second restaurant Segaria Thai is currently open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner – in high season we open 6 days a week. We are pleased to learn that on an overall basis you have enjoyed your stay and we should be pleased being able to welcome you back at our hotel soon. Thank you for your loyalty !

Second visit here all be it a few years apart.
Warm welcome ( we arrived literally on midnight!)
A very welcome glass of complimentary fizz and a busy bar .
Breakfast was good, as was the Thai meal in the restaurant that evening.
A relaxing comfortable hotel with friendly staff in a beautiful area.
Close to the beach, walking the beautiful countryside, gorgeous.

Fantastic hotel and great value. You need a car as it is out of the way and it can get very busy at certain times of the year with all male golf parties but it is a very nice hotel and really relaxing
