Quite smart and modern hotel restaurant just down the road from where were staying. The menu is a mix of traditional Spanish dishes and some with a bit of an Asian twist- interesting. We ate here twice; the first time all the dishes we had were very good (especially the beef wontons to start and the Iberian pork), second time the starters were good again but 2 of the mains weren't so good, in particular the pork dish we had ordered before, which was clearly a completely different cut- fillet first time but very fatty belly pork the second time?? Maybe just a bit of luck as to when you go, but I would still recommend it based on the first visit.
P.S. the restaurant is in Bolnuevo not Mazarrón as listed, which is about a 10 minute drive inland. Similarly Restauarante Amapola is also in Bolnuevo not Puerto Mazarrón.
