My daughter and I ate here a few days ago, and it was really tasty. If you've seen my other reviews, you'll know that we just lived in Germany for 3 years, so I'm familiar with the food. I had a döner, and my daughter had the brat with a roll. We got an order of fries to share, which tasted just like the ones that were at the chicken truck by our house in Germany. So yummy. But, I do think they had MSG, because I ended up with a headache. It might have just been because we had been out all day & I was tired, but if you're sensitive to MSG, just be careful with the fries.
We were both very excited that they had German Fanta. I love orange soda in all forms, but the Fanta in Europe is completely different from what you find here. It's much more of an OJ flavor than a fluorescent one. Oh, and you might not want to get a döner if you're on a date. So messy.
But, like the previous reviewer, this won't be a regular thing for us because of the price. The decor didn't bother me, really, though the red light in the bathroom is rather disconcerting. But, for 1 döner, one brat with a roll, one order of fries, and two Fantas was over $30. That's a bit steep, I think. The drinks were almost $4 each. It's too bad, because I do love to be able to get the things that we loved in Germany.
I will say that everybody was very friendly, though. Every person working there came out at some point to make sure we were happy.
