Keep your expectations low and you'll be happy. The price is right, but its pretty rough and the carts are not exactly new. However, its fairly wide open and a great place for a new golfer to learn some of the basics because the setting wouldn't be too intimidating. Also, it would be a low-threat place for a some-golfer to get back into the flow of golf. I'm a 16 handicapper and I still had fun.
In summary, go ahead and give it a try. You will get your money's worth.
