...otherwise they would have to give good service and nice food.
Lovely setting and a treat for fish lovers.

“Manager owner is super rude”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 4, 2012

Location is excellent however the owner/manager is past rude and borderline confrontationaI (she also didn't give us our table we reserved) asked a simple question that if out of a dozen different types of fish she was showing me which had the least bones etc and was told all fish had bones in an extremely dismissive and carcastic tone. Sorry but if I'm paying €60 euros for a fish I would even like to know its favourite colour (the fish that is). This brings me on to price and this is way off.

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant! it is true that the menu is perhaps on the small side however the food we had was delicious! would thoroughly recommend it to a friend and will go there in the future!
Thank you!

“If only the service would match excellent food...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 13, 2011

First of all: The food while being simple (not in a negative way) is fresh and excellent! So is the location/view: Right by the beautiful small beach of aiguablava.

So much to the positive. The service, specially from the manager is an absolute no-go. Because of the food we've been there 3 days in a row and spent ~ €100 for two persons (starters, main course, 4 cups of wine and coffee). I guess one would expect at least a friendly smile or a question how the food was. Nothing. Nada. Rien. And no, it wasn't a language problem as I'm spanish (not catalan though) myself.

Finally: If you charge someone €2 for a handfull (!) of chips if the same guys spend €100 on food, that feels kind of cheap. For f***'s sake: Increase the beerprice, but stop charging for chips served with the drinks. That just doesn't feel right.

...but as I said, the food (we had all kinds of seafood) is AWESOME!
