I will admit when my wife said she booked a "B&B" I rolled my eyes a little, picturing "shabby chic" and shared bathrooms. Wrong on both accounts, our stay was comparable to a 5 star hotel. Owners could not be more friendly, room could not be more tasteful and clean (and surprisingly large with a newer comfy mattress). More amenities than many large hotels. I would call this more of a boutique hotel. The owners greeted us immediately, and gave us valuable recommendations including a free museum that evening and a restaurant that was the best meal we had all week on vacation (80 Thoreau). Delicious but healthy breakfast--I had to say "no more" or felt they would have kept feeding me all day. They provided a local map and directions to airport. Exceeded expectations all around.
