The hotel is a pleasure to visit. The multicultural help great. Eljoy refreshing my Braziian Portuguese.. The Bathtub drain problems probably date back half a century to HoJo's time and really should be checked out and permanently repaired. The sloppy appearance of many younger breakfast guest is a cultural thing, I guess - not the fault of Best Western!

Dear Tveskov

So glad you have come back for another visit. I am happy to hear you had a great stay, and thank you for the feedback on the drain situation, we will be sure to look into that. And btw, our staff enjoys the conversation as much as you do!

The rooms are basic, but very clean and they have a great staff and the rates are very affordable. The internet let's you work and the location is pretty good. The fitness room could use some work. The breakfast is pretty basic, but again it is a good value.

We had originally planned to spend one night at this hotel, but had to arrive early and extend our stay due to an extremely bad experience elsewhere. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious cookies are served in the lobby.
Hotel is convenient to Concord and Lexington sites and Walden pond.
Hotel is nice. Rooms were spacious. There was an extra vanity area outside the bathroom. Also had a full size coffee pot. All rooms have a patio or balcony. Rooms around the pool provide easy access. There is a nice lawn in front of the hotel for kids to run and play. There is also a guest laundry. We were impressed that rooms had a recycling basket. Hotel was quiet and beds were comfortable. Only would have been nicer if the rooms would have had Queen beds instead of doubles.
I will say that this is one of the few hotels I've stayed at that didn't have any grime in the bathroom corners.
Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had for a free hotel breakfast. Breakfast room is rather large to accommodate many people. It is on the 2nd floor though, which is a little odd.
Italian restaurant next door is rather expensive, and the food is only average. There really aren't any other dining options nearby except for sushi.
Only bad things were that there were no micro. or ref. in rooms, and the internet reception in the area was very slow. I was told that many of the historic areas didn't want to put up towers.

We stayed for one night and got two double-queen connecting rooms to accommodate our family of six. The woman who made our reservation couldn't have been more pleasant and the kids loved the pool! The room was very clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms well-stocked with towels and toiletries, and great water pressure. There was a bit of noise from the plumbing in other rooms when people were showering, which I always find a bit odd when we encounter that at hotels (can't that be avoided?) but the rest of the experience was so super, we could have cared less.

We wanted somewhere to stay close to Boston prior to catching a flight home to Ireland. At the height of the July heatwave we wanted some where out of town but well located; the Best Western suited perfectly. We arrived about 1.00pm but the desk staff were very helpful and located a room for us so that we could check in right away. Room was comfortable with excellent bed, quiet air con and a really good HD TV (we generally found the quality of televisions in American hotels to be below european quality). Later I wanted to check in on line and print our tickets and again the staff were very helpful and also tended to another guest using the computer. Breakfast was simple but it was included and very handy for travellers who want to be out and on the road.

The hotel is in and excellent location for exploring Concord or for those just wanting an overnight stop close to the 2 or I-95. There is a pleasant pool and despite the proximity of the road the rooms are quiet.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back have a view of the car park, you might want something more scenic!

Dear JR 89

Thank you for that glowing review, we are so glad you found us! We just recently purchased new flat screen 37" TV's for all our rooms and upgraded to a 60 channel HD package, I am happy to hear that the quality was as good as promised. We hope you had a good return flight home to Ireland, and that on your next holiday to the US you will choose our hotel again. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
