We wanted somewhere to stay close to Boston prior to catching a flight home to Ireland. At the height of the July heatwave we wanted some where out of town but well located; the Best Western suited perfectly. We arrived about 1.00pm but the desk staff were very helpful and located a room for us so that we could check in right away. Room was comfortable with excellent bed, quiet air con and a really good HD TV (we generally found the quality of televisions in American hotels to be below european quality). Later I wanted to check in on line and print our tickets and again the staff were very helpful and also tended to another guest using the computer. Breakfast was simple but it was included and very handy for travellers who want to be out and on the road.

The hotel is in and excellent location for exploring Concord or for those just wanting an overnight stop close to the 2 or I-95. There is a pleasant pool and despite the proximity of the road the rooms are quiet.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back have a view of the car park, you might want something more scenic!

Dear JR 89

Thank you for that glowing review, we are so glad you found us! We just recently purchased new flat screen 37" TV's for all our rooms and upgraded to a 60 channel HD package, I am happy to hear that the quality was as good as promised. We hope you had a good return flight home to Ireland, and that on your next holiday to the US you will choose our hotel again. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

This Best Western is in a good location---convenient to historic Concrod and for day trips into Boston. It is well-kept and clean and a good value for the money. Helpful staff, nice pool, and a good breakfast included.

I've stayed at the Best Western for many years now when visiting family in the area, and have noticed many improvements over the years. I've always found the staff helpful, and the breakfast has improved (the hot oatmeal is quite good, actually.) This is not a posh hotel, but makes a good base for exploring the area. Keep in mind that you can't really walk anywhere from the hotel (well, there's a restaurant next door), so you'll be driving to visit Concord, Walden, or the battlefields. But those sites (and others) are very close.

Hotel was neat and staff was very responsive to needs. Room was clean. Restaurant was next door and food was a great value. Would have liked a refrigerator in room. Location was in walking distance to the town. Fitness center had a variety of equipment.

This hotel is a good value with an excellent free full breakfast option that you don't often see. The area is historically rich and tourist sites are spread throughout. The hotel is a bit removed from downtown Concord and most sites but easily located with a GPS. It's also just down the road from a correctional facility, which unnerved us a bit but we had a great stay and enjoyed the tree-lined roads and colonial charm.

Friendly staff always willing to help with area information. Rooms are large with great Wi-Fi connection. Very, very clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast etc. No need to go out for breakfast when you stay here. Stayed two nights while touring Concord & Lexington and would recommend this hotel to all. Quick check in & out....cookies were great also.
