If you're traveling to visit the Concord/Lexington area, this is a fine place to stay, but it is a pretty average motor hotel in general.

Room: The room was dated but very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and there wasn't any noise from other guests.

Bathroom: Clean and also well-maintained. Again, nothing special here, but no complaints.

Property: Just outside the Concord center on a main road with food options nearby. Lots of parking. The pool is small and has limited hours. The exercise room was nice and there were several of us in there in the morning taking advantage of it.

Other: The wifi signal was strong. The breakfast area had the usual self-serve items, but was kept well-stocked and had plenty of seating. The check-in folks were friendly and the staff in general greeted us throughout the property.

Booked: Directly with Best Western where I found the best pricing.

Room Tip: A room on the second floor facing the pool area will get you a nice balcony to sit at.

Used to be a Ho-Jo's and Best Western has done a nice job updating and keeping an inn in the Concord/Acton Border. Has a pool, but I did not partake like I thought I would, just ran out of time. Included breakfast was very nice. Eggs, French Toast, Sausage, Biscuts, gravy, juices from concentrate, but nothing to stick my nose up over.

Room Tip: Use your AAA membership! Better rate

The room was very clean, the desk staff were consistently friendly, from the phone reservation to checkout. The beds were comfortable. We understand that the hotel was recently remodeled. The free breakfast was quite varied and plentiful. There was a large pool outside, though we didn't have time to use it. It was about 20 minutes from Boston, worth the extra travel time - we didn't have to pay for parking at the hotel and the room was significantly less expensive than hotels closer to the city. We were next door to a Papa Razzi restaurant. We would book this hotel again, if we're in the area.

This is a beautifully kept hotel in a great location. It is just off a highway junction but set back on a quieter residential road of beautiful colonial style homes. This makes it an easy and relaxing drive into both Concord and Lexington.
The grounds of the hotel are beautifully maintained and there was always a welcoming pile of freshly baked cookies in reception.
The room fittings were great and the in room coffee came from a proper coffee making machine. We stayed two days in very hot weather so the outdoor pool was a great way to cool off after a day's sightseeing and was never overly crowded. Despite the proximity to the road the traffic sounds did not seem to carry to the pool area even at peak times.
Breakfast was great and just along the corridor from our room on the second floor. Two attendants made sure the food displays were kept stocked and attractive.
Standards of comfort and cleanliness throughout this hotel were high.
It would be our first choice on any future visits to this area.

We saw this Best Western in a room saver guide and were so glad to have found it. The hotel is older but it looks like a lot of care has been put in to keep the property in tip top shape.

Check in was great. Both women at the front desk were so professional and friendly and, of course, who doesn't love the cookies? Room was very clean, very spacious, and bed was comfortable. Had an ironing board, fridge and microwave, and property had a nice laundry facility (although expensive) but it was nice to get my laundry done after all our traveling.

Fitness center was simple but did the job-- all I need is a treadmill to get my run in. Breakfast was great for continental-- lots of healthy choices. Staff in the breakfast room, again, was so helpful and friendly.

Visiting Concord was great and staying here accentuated our experience.
