One of the best parts of this park is the visitor center which includes a fantastic multimedia theater program of the story of Lexington and Concord. It includes several movie screens, lights, a lit map of the progress of the battle and more. I was in a room with a 2nd grade class and they were riveted. The rangers were very nice and helpful. I also stopped at the Hartwell Tavern and was fascinated with a personal tour by a costumed interpreter who was a retired teacher. I would have walked more of the trail, but it was pouring rain. Make sure to also stop at the North Bridge where they offer ranger talks. This is a great free place for families and highly reccommended.
