This is superb regional food served by waitstaff from many nations. I you go early in the season, it is closed in winter, but very patient because the staff is perfecting their English but that is fun, too. I think they are chosen for their friendliness. The food is exquisite-any of it and you can have a drink at your table or in the indoor/outdoor bar. I you are new to the area, ask for a window table so you have a beautiful view of the deer and wild horses. If you are from here, take a table by the wall, we love our tourists. Some nights there are special talks downstairs so go eat early, then go learn something new afterwards.
