How many reviews have you seen where folks discover a dining spot on their last night and regret not being able to return? Fortunately, we did not make that mistake here. We have already been back twice, and we will return again before we leave Salobrena. Of all the places we have dined anywhere, including our 6 earlier weeks in Spain, La Biznaga has been the most enjoyable. You will not find a more friendly or more helpful proprietor anywhere...and the food is the most tasty we have encountered. If he recommends something to you, trust him. And there are extras and more extras. Once I stopped in to pick up two of his walnut and goat cheese salads (delicious), he gave me not only a tapa while I waited, but also a small bag of the excellent kumquats he had just received. At meals, you may receive not just the olives usually offered in Spain, but also extras like large olives his mother has cured (best I have ever had), and you receive a small glass of sangria at the end of your meal. He may also offer a sampling of his other dishes. That is why we will be returning tomorrow...specifically for his paella (I don't want to miss out on paella that tasted that good) . Parking in front is plentiful in March, but likely to be less so in high season, when the beach goers abound. Oh...you do not need to order a full meal. We have not done so yet. For us, it's more fun to order several different appetizers or raciones and share them.
