As a family of 6, Embassy Suites is the perfect spot nation wide. Has 2 double beds and couch that folds out to double in a separate room. Indoor pool, and complete, hot, cooked to order breakfast is included. Perfect for family travel:) Great airport location- convenient for flying out next morning.

Room Tip: Open balcony- kids love higher floors

Overnight layover! Close to airport, shuttle available and good breakfast in the morning. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant is a bar and grill that is more like a bar (extremely loud guests). It does have decent food but if you're looking for a quiet or relaxing dinner, take it to your room or order room service. I would stay again - minus the restaurant.

I remember when Embassy Suites was the bomb hotel... Everyone wanted to stay there. But this one is outdated and drab. Everything is worn out. The wallpaper, carpeting, kitchen area... And list goes on and on. The front desk receptionist was very nice and welcomed me as a hh member. My room was ready upon arrival. I needed to do laundry so I got some change and went to the guest laundry room. There were two washers and two dryers, one washer and one dry out of service. And the laundry room had trash on floor and wet towels on the folding table. Not what guest expect for the price. I attended the managers reception and the drinks were good. Also I had breakfast and there was a large selection of food. There are better suite hotels in the airport area. The owner of this property must be on vacation... Because if they cared about this property they would fix the multitude of things that are wrong with this place. Or hire managers that will bring it up to speed. This place needs work. Would I recommend this property? Not at this time.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was great, but there seemed to be no one hardly working. Every time I wanted to go and get something to drink, no machines worked. I could not find anyone in the gift store at a reasonable hour. The bar was never open. We only needed a bottled water. Had to go to the store instead. They need more staff and more options for drinks.

Every single employee that I encountered was extremely happy and friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit older but it's clean. Beds are not as comfortable as I would have liked. The air conditioning in the room cranked and I never had to adjust it after the first day, so to me it was a bonus! Breakfast I have to say was up to expectations. The one annoying thing was that there was no rice in the salt shakers. I could not get any salt out of any of them. If its a moist climate then you gotta do something to mitigate that. The pool looked like a junkyard. Not sure what was going on there. Also the side door of the hotel key entry was broken and the door was left unlocked, not sure that was the reason that I was approached in the lobby by children begging for money or if they were others guests children who were not properly supervised. Overall a decent visit, rooms were quiet and I to the standard for Embassy.

Room Tip: Next to the back parking lot with trees was quiet

Why does any traveller book a room at an airport hotel? Our only reason to consider it was to start a fourteen-hour day less fatigued and more rested. That did not happen. This was one of the noisiest and least comfortable places I have stayed at in years, not at all in keeping with what we've become accustomed to at Hilton-chain hotels. The staff seemed too few and overtaxed for a place this size, though most struck us as polite and professional. A light-bulb was missing; two other lamps bulbs had poorly working switches. The carpet in our room smelled bad. The tub showed signs of poor workmanship and chipping, possibly from attempts to make it drain less sluggishly. The faucet over the bar sink wobbled from loose plumbing. The terraces and walkways all have a scuffed, worn-down look and they shook the room when people came walking along outside our door. There was no bellman to move our luggage up to our room when we arrived. Most important of all, it was nearly impossible to get any sleep with the noise. The building apparently comes with very poor sound-proofing, inside and out. Every half-minute until late at night the windows and walls shook with the sound of landing and departing jets. All the rooms are arranged around a large hollow space that echoes with the sounds of the bar band at night (past 3:00am on a Tuesday) and the shouts and clangs of breakfast staff in the morning. We could hear neighboring rooms' plumbing and television; I wonder how much worse it might have been had we not been on the top floor.

Room Tip: If there is a side away from the airport, definitely choose that. If there are rooms that do not fa...

Our stay was ruined by a subpar stay here. We had stayed previously, but this time staff at breakfast was late, lazy and non attentive. The restaurant there, Moniker's is depressing and the food and menu were lacking.
