We had an issue where the Expedia representative told us we were getting a suite and when we arrived we received a king size bed room. The hotel was booked to capacity and they didn't have any roll-a-way beds available so we had to sleep four to a bed. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice but it was not what we expected for the price we paid.

We contacted Expedia and when we asked for the guys name that we were speaking to he hung up on us. We know that he did it on purpose. We know now to only book online so that we can read for ourselves exactly what we are getting and we call Expedia out on anything they get wrong.

The adjoining walls are paper thin. We could hear the people next door and their children as if we were all in the same room. There was also horrible road noise.

Valet parking was included in our stay. We called down for our car about 15 minutes before we needed it to give them time to retrieve it. Several minutes later we received a call requesting the ticket number again. Once we got downstairs and asked about the car we were told that we had to go to concierge and have them request the car because they weren't taking telephone requests. It would've been nice to be told this at the time of the original request or when they called back to get the ticket number again.

We had a great time hanging out at the bar 22 Storys. Tammara and Jake were great in serving all of our needs. We enjoyed the drinks and the soft pretzels. We didn't enjoy the nachos.

The hotel is located downtown and you can walk to Coca-Cola World and the acquarium if you have the stamina.

We are on the fence as to whether or not we would stay here again. If the price and room are right, maybe.

Room Tip: Ask for something not facing the road.

must have been put into the older part of this hotel. The room was just far too small. I have had larger rooms in Eurpoe where they lead the world in small rooms. Room was clean and modern however, but just trying to open your suitcase was a challenge and then using the bathroom required some imagination on the use of the space.

Of course I expected 5-star service and amenities. So I was not surprised by the excellent quality of both. Staff was always at hand to give assistance and housekeeping was quite inexhaustible. Surrounding and atmosphere very conducive for almost every occasion. Despite multiple events taking place with school contingents and all, guests were courteous and civil. Glad to have been here and hope to stay here when next in Atlanta.

Room Tip: Just choose to suit your needs and all are just fine.

Stayed here with family on long weekend. Booked two rooms through Priceline for great price but was sorry there was only an outdoor pool, closed for season. The room with a king bed was on the corner and was awesome! As others have said, parking is expensive but right around the corner is a self-park garage for half the price. Others also complained about shortage of bathroom linens -- one night we had one washcloth for 3 people.
Locations is great -- Corner Bakery right across the street has good brreakfast but not open on Sunday. Walking distance to World of Coke and Georgia Aquarium. Also drugstore next door and good restaurants in area. Forget Peachtree food court for breakfast -- nothing was open when we went at 8:00 am.
Kids loved the glass elevators in the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: International Tower, definitely!

Thanks so much for your comments. We're so pleased you and your family enjoyed your stay. We are in the heart of the city on Peachtree St. so there are many great places to eat, visit and shop nearby. Our pool will reopen soon. It's almost pool season! And kids do love our elevators, glad your family enjoyed them, too. Please stay with us again soon.

In town on business. Hotel delivered solid on cleanliness, decor and service. Lots of teenagers around the hotel not sure what was going on or it is a regular host to teen events. I wasn't disturbed but just an observation. The airport shuttle service is a great value and delivered on time better than anticipated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was timely delivered and well prepared without error on special instructions.Elevators were readily available and quick.

Room Tip: higher floors were quiet.

We had well over 2,000 attendees at the Habitat conference, and the hotel did not skip a beat. The service was prompt and wonderfully efficient, the check-in and check-outs were smooth, courteous and accurate, but the parking is really on the high-side of reasonable. With tips for retrieving your car on a daily basis, parking came to around $40/day for a 4 day conference.

We had a suite on the 21st floor with excellent views of downtown Atlanta. The bed was very comfortable, the office area was well situated with an excellent WiFi connection and both the bedroom and bath were pleasing to the eye, BUT, the bathroom was so small that we both could not be in the bathroom at the same time unless one of us was in the shower.

The hotel food was excellent but we did eat out a couple of evenings and we had need for a drugstore on one occasion. The tunnel to the MARTA leads directly off the lobby to a food court and the CVS drugstore. That connection proved to be very convenient.

If the parking fees were more reasonable and the bathrooms large enough to fit two people at one time, this hotel would have been rated Excellent.

Room Tip: Rooms around the open lobby area can be very noisy as people gather and celebrate in the massive fun...

Overall very pleased with recent stay, room in atrium tower was freshly remodeled and quite modern. No issues with elevators like others have reported. Location is very good but as others have said the $36 a day valet parking is a bit steep, also I can't stand paying $10 a day for basic wifi. But all that aside the hotel fits the need and was a great deal.
