“This Carter fan was happy to have a couple of hours to tour the museum.”
Reviewed April 5, 2012

Having been to other presidential libraries, I was happy to visit my favorite President's Center. The grounds are lovely and serene. The exhibits reminded me again what an important place in history President and Mrs. Carter deserve for their selfless humanitarian work.

“Awe-inspiring Gardens”
Reviewed March 28, 2012

The Carter Presidential Center in Atlanta is as much about the outside as it is the inside. I am a photographer and frequently drop by to take pictures of the gardens. The Carter Center gardens wrap around the physical center on 37 acres. Every single nook and cranny is meticulously landscaped. Behind the main building there are 2 lakes, a waterfall, and a Japanese Garden. Most people who visit the center have never seen this area and are very surprised when they do see it. The gardens are beautiful in every season of the year. There is a fee to visit the museum, but the grounds are open every day and there is no fee to visit them.

“Authentic”
Reviewed February 17, 2012

One of the most authentic and personal presidential exhibits I have see. The building and grounds are also worth the visit. Location? Right in Atlanta and couldn't be easier to get to.

“Fun day in the snow”
Reviewed February 3, 2012

It was a snow day! And payed 6$, a great way to get out of the cold. Jimmy Carter is also now my idol for all his humanitarian work.
