“A complete waste of time”
Reviewed December 6, 2009

The museum is now known as the Museum of Design Atlanta and located in lobby space of the Marquis II Office Tower on Peachtree. Went to the museum as it was close by our hotel and advertised as free. Once there we were told by a very hostile volunteer that there was a $10 charge per person. When shown the ad a staff rep honored it and we toured the space for free. It was not worth even that. A very limited collection of furniture and home designs by Marcel Breuer - no more than a couple of dozen chairs, stackable tables and pictures and models of homes he designed. Very disappointing for a museum that touts itself as being dedcated to the study and celebration of ALL THINGS DESIGN. Do not waste your time or money on this until they add a lot more value to it.
