We decided to take a last-minute mini-trip and booked a room here on Priceline. Once we had our reservation, our husband called to request a king bed and a roll-away. He also mentioned that our youngest son was autistic and loves being on high floors - we requested to be on one if at all possible. The staff was so polite and honored each of these requests.

When we got checked in and in our room, we were very impressed. We stayed at the Intercontinental in Houston a few years back and the differences between that hotel and the Buckhead property are night and day! The roll-away was already set up, bedding on, and in place. Our room was immaculate and had one of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I've ever seen. We were placed on the 17th floor with a direct view of Stone Mountain and our boys were beside themselves with excitement.

The staff was always polite, friendly, and extremely helpful with any issues or questions we had. We also arrived to find a chilled bottle of nice champagne in a bucket with two flutes, and when we called to inquire, we were told they had mistakenly been left in our room for a previous occupant and to drink it - it would be complimentary! We ordered dessert from room service late at night to go with the bubbly - and the red velvet cake and chocolate soufflé cake were nothing short of amazing!

I even slept well on the hotel bed which is very rare. It was extremely comfortable with several pillow choices.

The only "negatives" we encountered were the internet charges and high parking fees. We were required to purchase $15 high speed access PER tablet / iPad. And we had to pay more for "high speed" access - the 24 hour rates were $10/night for Wi-Fi access, and $15/night for high speed Wi-Fi access. Self-parking was $22 / night - we've paid less in the French Quarter of New Orleans where parking is a rare, precious commodity.

That said, we loved our experience at the hotel and hope to return again soon!

Room Tip: There seem to be two views - Stone Mountain or downtown Atlanta. Request accordingly.

They take pride in their customer service and attention to detail. We have never been disappointed here, The valet staff, the bell men, and all the hotel staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The corner rooms are smaller, but the views are great.

We certainly do take pride in our guest service, MomofJDM! I appreciate your feedback as guest reviews of any kind only help us to further exceed expectations. Our corner rooms and suites provide some of the best skyline views in Atlanta; I’m thrilled that you were able to enjoy! I’d recommend that you try out a Club Level upgrade next time you visit as our 21st floor Club Lounge not only offers unparalleled views but also complimentary cocktails and other beverages, an American-style breakfast, and various snacks throughout the day. It’s well worth the upgrade! Thank you again for being one of our loyal guests – we certainly do appreciate your business. Come back and see us again soon!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel the night after our wedding. Valet was very kind, easy check-in and got to our room quickly. The room was lovely, very clean with an incredible view. The bed was so comfortable! The following morning we ordered room service. It took a little while to arrive, I guess much longer than usual because they didn't charge us for it due to the wait. The food was delicious! I had eggs benedict and the fruit bowl. Nice bathrooms as well. Just fabulous stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't check in until 1am due to flight delays, and we were upgraded to an executive suite on the 18th floor with a great view of buckhead and downtown. Parking does cost extra and the breakfast is very expensive, but I still give this place 5 stars because the staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. The rooms are very well appointed and have a high-end feel. If you're going to Buckhead, this place will be tough to beat.

We’re humbled by your oh-so-kind review, ChooChoo34! Believe us, we know the hassles of experiencing a flight delay, so I’m happy that we were able to extend an offer to upgrade you to one of our fantastic suites. With tons of square footage, endless views, and a residential-style bathroom complete with separate shower and soaking tub, our suites are a true “oasis in the sky”. I hope that you also enjoyed our new 47” flat screen televisions that we recently added to all of our guest rooms (although feel free to turn it off and revel in the views!). Thank you again for letting us know how we’re doing. Safe travels and we hope to see you again real soon.

Loved the decor un lobby, room and bathroom. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed comfortable and the sheets very clean. The towels looked in great shape too. The minibar was very well stocked. Wines. Drinks. Snacks. Overall very pleased with everything. There is not one negative thing I found in the hotel. Do add $25 for self parking to the price.
