The regular menu is terrific with wonderful French dishes at reasonable prices. It is such a surprise to find such a great restuarant in such modest surroundings. Additinlally, we signed up for the prix fix Valentine dinner. What a bargain! The choices of appetizers and entrees were delicious! I highly recommend the trout, mussels, and any bisque soup they do.

This is a modest little place with nice food overall and not outlandishly priced. I had the surf and turf special which was artfully served and well prepared. Reasonable value for the money.

Located in Emory Inn we expected a worn and tired establishment but found a convivial space, live music, attentive staff and very good food. The lentil soup was hearty and welcome on a rainy night. My wife enjoyed the Giverny salad and we each followed with the trout entree. The trout was lightly floured, perfectly pan fried and set atop mashed potatos and asparagus. While we skipped the after dinner sweets we enjoyed a bottle of William Hill Chardonnay at a reasonable cost.

Giverny Bistro is located across the street from Center for Disease Control (CDC), within an older Motel/Inn near Emory University in Atlanta. This is an unexpected location for a French restaurant and certainly, a nice addition to this neighborhood.

The interior space is pleasant - with long windowed French doors across one side of the room.

Live music occurs several times a week - and this may or may not be an asset, depending on where you are seated. If a table is near the music, the place is a bit loud. I asked to be moved to a quieter spot -- and got one table away from the music, some improvement (but not really quiet).

A fixed price menu is offered --along with a la carte. The wine list is decent -- as is food.

The atmosphere may be quieter at lunch than at dinner.
