This is our favorite restaurant when visiting Atlanta for a night at the Fox Theater. If you don't have reservations - make sure you get there by 6 PM or the wait for a table will be very long and the waiting area very, very crowded and noisy.
The food is very good and we usually have at least one of the specials. This visit we had a stuffed grouper which was delicious and a ravoli dish that was superb. The servings, thankfully, are not overly huge and just right for a meal before the theater. The salads are great. For desert we had a caramel filled chocolate cake and a gelato. The cake was OK, not served hot and we had to ask as 2nd time to get our gelato - so it never saw the top of the cake as we intended. The gelato was excellent - almost a meal into itself.
I hope that our server is in her learning stage. We had to ask for cheese, never got parmasean with our bread and had to ask for our gelato - while the kitchen might have lost the order - she should be following up.
We will definately be returning.
