We enjoyed our visit to Swan House. The vintage cars were fun and all of the rooms were filled with so many artifacts - almost like a time capsule preserved for us to walk through! The kitchen was fascinating! The grounds were beautiful. The only complaint was that on the day we visited, we were unable to go out on the main lawn and staircase as they were preparing for some party which was disappointing. The staff was helpful and friendly though and it was a gorgeous place to visit.

It is a charming and elegant place, perfect to go with your girlfriends. Food is good as the service. The souvenir store is super fun and carries a variety of interesting things if you like shopping!

The Swan House was well worth visiting. The historical nature of this 1920's home showed the truely upscale part of Atlanta. The collection of china and other art objects is fascinating.

This was one place to not miss! Fabulous 1930’s historic Swan Home!
With live actors dressed for their part if it was back in that era!
Each room transforms you as if you were right there in that time era!
So many neat things to see here!
Gardens, fountain, old cars & and its wonderful!
Take the time to come and walk into this era and be transformed!

A fantastic historical house straight out of the Jazz age in Atlanta, Georgia! Perfectly preserved, just as it was back then. The actors were a great touch. Surprised and impressed to learn the Hunger Games shot on location here. Epic landscaping... they certainly got it right in the 30’s! Original family made their fortune from the cotton industry. Take a photo with the Ford vehicle outside. I also loved the Smith Family farm next door. Well done, Atlanta History Center! Wear walking shoes, and visit the “Swan Coach House” next door for a nice meal after
