“Property could use some help.”

Platinum SPG, needed to request suite as it was not offered. Some of the furniture such as the dining table and chairs should have been thrown away. Stained lamp shades should also go to their heavenly reward. The vanity in the broom closet sized bathroom had been changed out and yet the old dated builder grade grey tile from the 70's was left intact in the shower.
The cable on the tv refused to come in on ABC, NBC & CBS. I call the front desk to hear that this problem occurs frequently and the guest should turn the tv on and off trying to reset the tv otherwise they send up a man to service it. On the night of check in we were able to get it to work but on the next day the tv was again not functioning properly.
The bed had four foam pillows. We did not call late in the evening when we figured it out. Every Sheraton I have stayed offers two foam and two feather pillows on king beds. When you're ready for bed the last thing you want to do is stand around in your skivvies waiting for feather pillows to be brought up, that SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE ROOM TO BEGIN WITH.
The club room was a disaster. In the evening there was no attendant. One warmer was empty, there was a small dinner size plate of picked over fruit and a plate of sliced tomatoes with balsamic poured over them. THAT WAS ALL. Tacky. I've seen some crappy club rooms but this one took the cake. The next morning being from the west coast we walked in at 9 am and an attendant was breaking down the club room...seems they close at 9 am. Lovely. For West Coast guests the hotel could have the club open until 10 am, but maybe there's so few people they don't care.
I called the front desk and asked for a manager to express what a crap stay we had. The agent wrote down some of my comments and said a manager named Dedo would call me, but as of today I am still waiting.
We should have stayed across the street at the much newer Hyatt Place. At least we could have expected new furnishings and a breakfast in the morning. Would I stay here again for even one night? Absolutely not. Should I have paid attention to the ratings on Tripadvisor and how low this property was ranked against other hotels in this vicinity? Yes, yes, and yes. As a Platinum SPG I did not need the extra check-in and I certainly didn't need the aggravation of this stay.

Room Tip: Ask to see several rooms and demand a functional television.

Enjoyed time away with my wife and glad we selected this hotel. Customer Service was great! Bryant assisted at the front desk along with helping us with our luggage and driving us in the van to our dinner reservations. Bryant does it all! Really appreciate his service with a smile.

Room Tip: They have rooms facing the airport runway and it was wonderful to see the plans coming in for a land...

I have been an SPG member for over 20 years. Love the Brand and comfy stays always. However I was a little dismayed at the space were the reefer was supposed to be, was not. I brought back some grub for later and after opening the armoire noted the missing ice box. No biggie for some but check 1st prior to shopping. Also, pool was an added benefit as it was inside and outside!!

The only good thing is that is close to the Airport. The Air Conditioner sounds like a train, the beds are to soft, will be much better a bed more firm. The service is very good. This is an old hotel, maybe good for conventions, not to stay one night and have a good quality rest.

So, our last night of vacation, on a whim I used Priceline, thinking to find a really nice hotel at a motel price. The motel reviews were pretty dismal, so I went for it and we would up getting this Sheraton for an amazing price. However, I have to wonder why, the "nicer" the hotel, the fewer amenities you get. This was a 3 1/2 star hotel, very beautiful, really and quite near the airport so great location. BUT, no fridge, no micro and parking was an extra $12.00! Yeah we got a lovely room, big bed and the hotel did have a terrific business center. Yet, the carpets were all kind of worn AND dingy, the elevator doors were banged up and scratched and the pool, although very pretty, needed a good cleaning. The staff were nice and it was fine overall, but I expected more from a Sheraton experience. We got the room for less than $50.00 on Priceline, and it wasn't worth more. I'd rather have had a fridge and micro....plus no free breakfast of any kind at this establishment!

I would shy from giving this s perfect score due to the dated and torn carpet in our conference room. But, I would give the hotel an outstanding score on the comfort of the room and cleanliness of the rooms. We did eat at restaurant and it was very very good. Overall worth every penny, u will be happy here and sleep like a baby in the beds!

Nicely appointed room no major things to report. Parking fee $12. Business center located in a bright open space area.
I would definitely stay here again.
I had to ask a question to the ladies at the front desk. There were ladies, one was servicing a customer. Another one was talking a co-worker, hopefully business related. The last one seem to be taking care of some paper work. I waited for approximately three to five minutes and no one acknowledge my presence. I just walked away!!!
