Great view from executive room on 28 floor. Everything great except cold customer service.

Typical business suite extra luxury items. Since in downtown, everything is easily accessible. Piedmont Park, restaurants and many more.

This is a good business hotel and i stayed here as part of a Conference registration.
There is nothing exciting about the Hotel to be frank. It feels old and tired and needs to be modernized. The internet is disastrous, and dropped out almost every 5 mins which made things very hard to catch up on inbetween meetings.Bed was great as they always are. Staff are nice.
But there is no real 'vibe' among the Hotel. We had a similar amount of staff stay at the Marriott (interconnected) and the foyer and internal restaurants there are far more exciting - we ended up spending more time and money there instead.

I recently stayed for 4 nights for a conference. The conference facilities are nice, pretty standard. They do contain a refrigerator which was a nice plus. The view was good, the location was great (within walking distance to many food and entertainment), and the common/socializing areas are nice. I expected a little more for around $200/night though. The rooms are dated and subpar compared to other Hiltons I have stayed at. The bathroom is small and dated. The water temperature was little unpredictable. Also, I realize that you only want 2 people per room so that you can charge more, but what hotel at this rate only gives you two towels. That is ridiculous and substandard. I did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. The parking situation is a pain. It is $22/night for self parking and I think $30 for valet. You use your room key to get out......It took 6 different keys before one was finally read by the card reader to get out causing delays and line backups. If I were in town again, I'd probably pick a different hotel for this price point. I'm sure there are better options out there.

This hotel is very clean it offers access to multiple hotels without leaving the property what is also offered is a food court which has several types of restaurants and shops even specialty restaurants. The location is centrally located ideal for first time visitors to Atlanta and access to public transportation

It was a friendly and clean hotel. The location was excellent which I could come and visit nearby restaurants, events and hotels. Overall, it was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked the text messaging system for the Deaf customers like me. They responded quickly after sending a text message and I checked out without any hassle. Just a click away

I often stay in Atlanta hotels, and I must say that the service at the Hilton is exceptional. Feeling welcomed was a huge highlight, as an employee named Abdul greeted us with a smile and sincerity. It was very clear that he put the guests first, leaving a great impression that lasted throughout our time at the Hilton.

My daughter had a conference at this hotel and I went along to take care of her little girl. The Hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to the aquarium and downtown restaurants. This hotel is connected by a skywalk to the Hyatt, Marriott and the food court. That was nice. If it got dark we could take the skywalk instead of walking downtown. I would stay there again if I needed a hotel in downtown Atlanta.

Room Tip: The rooms on the higher levels had great city views.
