Hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel was well maintained and service was very professional ans polite. Parking was expensive but I am told that is a function of being in Atlanta. Would recommend if you are staying in mid-town Atlanta

This is listed as a 4 star hotel - I'm not sure how they come up with the star level but it felt like every other generic hotel i've stayed at. Left car at a friends and took a cab at the end of the night to avoid the absurd $22 self park fee. Rooms are average size, bathrooms are very small and cramped. Unless you pay a rate substantially below list price you are overpaying.

As a Hilton HHonors member I expected a higher level of common courtesy while waiting in line to check-in. I was there (nobody in front of me) for 15 minutes. No acknowlegement of my long wait or no apology for the delay. When I inquired about the delay I received a snarky, non-response from the desk clerk. In addition, a group of us went for a late dinner in the hotel restaurant (Southern theme) and was seated but had no waiter come over provide menus, take an order or even bring water. Wait staff looked at us several times, and much like two outfielders, who think the other person has the table, the proverbial ball was dropped. Made no sense to complain to the restaurant manager, since they obviously allow the poor managment to occur. The general manager of the hotel was alerted and indicated that the matter would be addressed. Hope it saves a frustrating experience for other future guests...

First time we've stayed at a Hilton and we will bypass them in the future. We stayed 4 nights because we were there for the AARP Expo. While it was easy for us to get back and forth to the Expo using the shuttle, the price is too high for what you get. There is no microwave or fridge in the rooms, the valet parking cost us $30 a day, plus tips and there is no complimentary breakfast. We ate one dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was over priced for what we had. We will stick with Hampton Inns from now on!

Great place to stay. It was a busy weekday, had a few conferences going on, but check-in was still easy. We did self pay to park in deck for $22/day, you can also valet for $32 I think...worth it! Didn't want to lug my stuff from a parking lot. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Close to everything downtown. Overall, easy stay. Thanks.
