“Stay somewhere cheaper”
Reviewed September 23, 2012

I stayed here for one night and I was expecting luxury and just something completely different from what I'm used to staying in and I would have to say, for the price I would've stayed somewhere else. Paying for internet usage and other amenities is just crazy. There's nothing spectacular about the rooms unless you spend an arm and leg for one of the more expensive rooms. The view is sub par and I can go on and on. To sum things up, spend your money elsewhere. It's not worth it.

Spent 4 nights while in town watching the Braves sweep the Nationals! The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The hotel was within walking distance to several restaurants. Taxi from airport to hotel $30 first person $2 for second person one way. Taxi from hotel to Turner Field $15 each way. I would stay here again!

From the moment we arrived and the valet greated us to take our car we felt relaxed. This was probably the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. We commented throughout our stay at how courteous everyone was from the moment we arrived to our check out. We will definitely be back!

I decided to take my younget daughter for a father-daughter getaway for the weekend. I chose to stay at the Hilton Atlanta because it was close to the Aquarium. We arrived at the Hilton to find out that this large hotel does not provide the simple amenities to its guest. There was no internet in the room. The Decor is gloomy and not attractive to guest. The hotel did not allw me to get an upgrade to my room. They stated they only had conference suites. This made me further not want to stay at this Hotel. The hotel is large without substance. This hotel is not accommodating to its guest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: If you are looking for The bet for your buck, this hoel is not for you.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Atlanta for three nights. the hotel is ideally situated and is just a few blocks away from the centre of downtown Atlanta. We found the staff extremely polite and helpful and our room was clean, bright and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed for the Dodgers v Braves series. We stayed at the airport location last year and enjoyed it, but felt like we spent a lot of time on the MARTA. So this year we opted for a downtown location. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed on an executive level, unfortunately we were a level below the actual lounge and still had to use a key card to ride the elevator one floor. That was really the only thing I would change, everything else was great. Breakfast in the executive lounge was the usual, and they tried to change up the evening reception food items to keep it interesting. Good spread for both meals based on previous Hilton stays. The small store downstairs was great for a quick snack, cold beverage, of a couple of pastries, and you can charge it to your room. We didn't eat in any of the restaurants, but we took in a drink after the game and the service was good considering the server to customer ratio. The MARTA station is a few blocks away, but the walk is covered if you choose to take the skywalks and other hotel lobbies etc. It eventually leads you into the small mall and access to the station. During our trip in August, construction made it slightly harder due to elevator closures, but no big inconvenience. The mall closes in the evening and if you're coming back from the game, you'll need to walk a block outside before you can hit the skywalks again. World of Coke and the aquarium are within walking distance, but plan the route as some streets have a greater incline/decline than others. Teds Montana Grill is fairly easy to get to also and well worth the visit for lunch or dinner. There's actually plenty of food options within walking distance (around the MARTA area), do some planning on the front end to get your bearings and know which way to go. We took the MARTA to and from the airport also, $20 passes for our 4 day trip allowed as to get to the three games, airport, and anywhere else we wanted to go. I'm a Hilton Honors member so I do seek out Hilton properties, but don't see any reason not to stay here again if in town for the game.

Room Tip: If you get a room with a view facing west, be sure to close the curtains as the sun beats through th...

This was the first time I stayed in a Hilton, doe to an excellent online rate. The hotel was very nice, and the services excellent. I was there for work, but it is located near a lot of the attractions downtown.

Room Tip: Get your room on a high floor for the view.
