“Awesome Birthday Party”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 15, 2013

Had a private event at Local Three on Oct 11, 2013 and it was a huge success! We were 16 people, had a cocktail reception followed by dinner in their private dining room. The service was great, absolutely no complaints from anyone. Andrea was extremely efficient, friendly and attentive. I'd recommend Local Three without hesitation.

“Southern Farm-to-Table gem, and don't miss the cocktails”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 9, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

Fresh, innovative, creative farm-to-table food with a Southern heritage. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu but the daily specials are always worth trying. And don't ignore the cocktail menu; the "Junior Healy" is one of the best bourbon cocktails around (fresh, bright, and not too sweet).

“Waitstaff makes excellent suggestions”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 30, 2013

This restaurant is in an odd location and it is a but tricky to actually get to, but once you are here, it is well worth it.

The staff is very passionate about what they serve and the menu, so I suggest listening to their suggestions, you will not be disappointed.

“I will be back...”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 22, 2013

After a half a dozen or so trips to Muss and Turner's, my husband and I finally decided to try Local Three. And we are definitely not regretful of that decision! Local ingredients whenever possible, fresh, seasonal menu items, and creativity that I've come to expect!!!

“A brunch worth having”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 22, 2013

We were visiting Atlanta and wanted a tasty Sun brunch, buffet preferred. A friend sent me list of the best brunch options in the city and we decided on this one. So glad we did. We got there with about an hour left, but the place was packed. Wished we had gotten reservations, but when I tried to call that morning, no one was answering the phone. Tried several times and was even wondering if it had closed without notice. Told the hostess at the desk and she didn't seem overly concerned. Our waiter also kinda made us feel guilty about not making reservations - really? Anyways on to the good stuff, the food! The buffet is located in the kitchen and food is prepared in manageable portions depending on demand. This also ensures that food doesn't get cold. The dishes were really tasty - shrimp and grits, L3 breakfast potatoes, quiche, mac and cheese, pancakes, chocolate mousse, oh my! The Nueske's Bacon was just right, I actually had to google the company online. We had mimosas (tasty) and a bloody mary (strong). The drinks are actually what brought up the cost of our bill, otherwise the buffet is a great value at $20 per person. I definitely recommend their brunch, and I'd guess the rest of the menu must be pretty good as well.
