“Love this place!”
Reviewed July 18, 2013

My husband and I have visited this place a couple of times now and it's always a great night out. We love the atmosphere of the place. It's very laid back with soft music, low lights and relaxing without being ho-hum. You can dress down in jeans and not feel out of place or stop for drinks after a black tie affair and fit right in as well. The patrons are mainly mature, upper class adults of all ethnicities. Top Flr likely has some of the best bartenders in the Atlanta area. They are happy to make recommendations and special drinks customized just for you. It's one of few places around that my husband can enjoy a "perfectly made" Manhattan. The food is delightful not only in taste but also in visual appeal. Their menu isn't your typical bar cuisine. Here you'll find items like Duck Confit Pizza (one of our favorite), sauteed kale and grilled octupus. It might not "sound" appetizing but I promise you'll love it and the prices really aren't all that bad.

“Great Late Night Spot”
Reviewed June 28, 2013

Popped in for a late dinner last night, got a cozy corner table, and shared the duck confit pizza, sauteed kale and smoked gouda macaroni and cheese with my partner. All delicious, comfort food on a rainy night. Superb service, reasonably priced, amazing drink and wine list (though they were out of a couple wines), and perfect Midtown Atlanta location.

“Great date atmosphere”
Reviewed May 15, 2013

This was an upper level bar. The appetizers were wonderful!! Definitely your typical bar fare. I enjoyed pork belly on a bed of sautéed kale. It was delicious! As was the white bean hummus and pita dish and the cheese platter. The bartender was wonderful and made great drinks and recommendations. Loved the music. The bar is dim and seems more like a date place than a place to hang out. There are 3 separate bars in one, however, I did not make it upstairs.

“Great food at late night”
Reviewed April 24, 2013 via mobile

They open until 1am .
This place is great for late night food and drinks.
Very romantic type of place with candle lights but gets hip later at night.
I had garlic Brussels sprouts and kale , scallops for main, and grilled octopus for the appetizer .
Everything was great .
And price is really cheap for what you get . Great value !

“Too pricey for what you get...”
Reviewed April 15, 2013

$18 for three scallops!!! By no means am i cheap at all. I will pay good money for good food. But $18 for 3 scallops is crazy. I expect that at a Legal Seafood. A place that specializes in seafood entrees. If you go there try something else. But the service isnt that good either.
