“Two times, each very different”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

We were a large dining group and served family style. Food was heavy and lacked "zing." Group was well taken care of and there was plenty of food. Second time, we were a special group in a separate event room. Food was very good and service was good. Desserts were delicious both times. I felt much better about the restaurant after visit #2, but I would not place it among the "greats" in Italian dining.

“On a trip”
Reviewed July 28, 2013

So I ate at this place while with visiting some friends in Atlanta. It was VERY busy and noisy, but the food was absolutely great. Good quality, well made. I enjoyed a glass of wine while dining. This place was located around a major mall, so the traffic and business is understandable. I didn't particularly like how I had to lean in to actually hear my friends talking to me. The waiters and staff were all very friendly, explained the entrees expertly... it was a cool place to go. Oh, and there were nice little after-dinner mints on the way out. :)

“Another great meal at Maggiano's Little Italy”
Reviewed July 27, 2013

Maggiano's is one of our favorite "Italian" restaurant chains. The food is consistently good.

We had two dinners at this Maggiano's during our stay in Cumberland and both were outstanding! We made our reservations through Open Table and both went without a hitch (and helped us avoid the long dinner wait).

The staff was very attentive and service overall was top-notch. We couldn't have been happier with our servers.

The serving sizes are huge, so a couple can easily share entrees and have more than enough!

After a full and busy day, we headed back to the hotel. We decided to stop for dinner on the way in. We cruised the Cumberland Mall lot and saw this Italian restaurant. As we entered, the receptionist was warm and gave us plenty of attention. We were seated quickly and the waiter came by the table and offered explanations of the menu items. The manager even came out because we had told the waiter this was our first visit. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful!
