“Great appetizers and "chill" environment”
Reviewed March 26, 2011

Had a later dinner and drinks here in March 2011. Lisa our server was very personable and the food was excellent. I would particularly recommend the Italian chopped salad.

“Outstanding from Start to Finish!”
Reviewed March 8, 2006

Wonderful Food, Outstanding Service...I was surprised after reading another review on this site. Small menu that covered just about everything, had the Calamari, Greek & Ceasar Salads, Soup, Steak, and Salmon dishes...Everything was great - I am glad I tried it ;-)

“Don't bother with the Waverly Grill”
Reviewed February 22, 2006

I'm not impressed with The Waverly Grill at all. The Caesar salad had almost no sauch and the slimy anchovies were placed on top rather than mulched into the dressing before mixing. Their special 14oz roast beef was served blood rare when I ordered medium - they must have put it on the grill and gave me the same one back, this time still underdone. Decided not to have the cook redo it again and ate around the outside. The asparagus were great but less than half of the beef was OK to eat - full of gristle and fat. The desert tray didn't have anything of interest so we passed. Ordered red wine by the glass - the Berlinger was terribly sweet and not recommended.
