For the Peachtree Road Race, of course. The grounds are lovely and never so inviting as at the end of the hot, grueling PTRR!!

“My Favorite Part of Midtown”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 17, 2012

The first time I visited Piedmont Park I was shocked at the quaint, relaxing beauty in the middle of the city. I chose the location for my move to Atlanta with Piedmont Park in mind. After living here six months, I still find more ares of the park I have never seen before. It is great for relaxing, exercise, reading, grilling with friends, the dog park, festivals, and more. They have an endless events going on. It's pretty clean, especially for Atlanta, and kept up well. The dog park is fabulous and has "Ales and Tales," a chance to have a beer while letting the pups play. Park Tavern is right there with lots of great food, wine, and beer with deals galore. Plus, they are connecting this park with Atlanta's other parks via the Beltline!

Living within walking distance makes for easy and frequent access to this Midtown gem. So beautiful and well maintained, always hosting a diversity of free community events, great for exercise and recreation, and very safe and comfortable feeling.

“A great intown park”

Atlanta's a green city and Piedmont is a mid-town oasis. Enjoy a walk or a jog, head for one of the neighboring spots to eat. If you can, be there for a festival. A very nice space.

Clean, safe, hosts awesome events. We have frequented Piedmont Park over the years and it has thorough upkeep and a certain security presence without being overbearing
