Visited a number of Presidential libraries/museum and this rates top billing, no doubt due to the quality of the man involved

This is a great place. I especially enjoyed the introductory film. It gave a concise overview of President Carter’s life and accomplishments. The Oval Office exhibit made me feel as if I was actually visiting the White House. The grounds surrounding the museum are lush with vegetation giving the visitor a feeling of serenity. The experience of learning about President Carter’s past accomplishments and his present good works is inspiring.

Great value. Only $6 for students.
The Carter Center is a really nice place. You can take a walk outside and enjoy the scene.
The museum offers a lot information. Exhibitions are not boring and the videos are great. I say it's well organized. It also has information of other presidents so it's harder to get lost in history.
I am not a fan of President Carter but the 3.5 hours I spent there was well worth it. Some information may not be objective but I don't expect a presidential library to say bad things about the president. You can easily spend 5 hours in the museum.

After a confusing enter-through-the-gift-shop welcome, this fine museum is a great place to learn and relearn about Jimmy Carter. There are good sections on his youth, his Governorship, and Presidency, but it is the extensive final section that reminds you of all the great achievements President Carter continues to build upon. Inspiring. Humbling.

Favorites: picture of 12-year-old Amy Carter with John Travolta, the How-to-Look-Up Facts interactive video screens near the 12 Presidential Libraries display, and learning about the neighbors Jimmy hung with in his early years.

Cons: The snack bar closed Saturdays and Sundays, guests walking through the opening 15-minute film, no signs for lobby washrooms.
