Description: FlexMex cuisine combined with awesome margaritas, great beer selections, and a "friends serving friends" atmosphere! What is FlexMex? A cuisine that resembles Tex-Mex but is comprised of and influenced by many cultures. It is an attitude or experience that evokes a feeling of belonging and pure awesomeness. Tacos. Margaritas. It's 75 degrees on the patio eating the best quesadillas we've ever had. Enough said besides the incredible buzz I am feeling from the pitcher of Texas Margaritas. This place rocks!!!

The seasoned chips with three amigos - salsa, queso, guacamole was quite tasty. The chips are good enough to eat by themselves. All 5 in our party ordered from the skillet menu. I had the grilled buffalo chicken which had slices of jalapeno. Very spicey, just how I like it! The half skillet is a good size portion while the full skillet will allow some take home. The margaritas have a good taste without being overpowered by the taste of alcohol. Our server was very friendly & efficient. Our only complaint is the food was warm instead of hot. I still highly recommend Tin Lizzy if craving Mexican / South western food while in midtown.

After hearing about this restaurant from our favorite DJs, we decided to stop by on a Sunday for a quick lunch and to watch some football. We sat outside. The weather was amazing and so was the people watching. The chips are not complimentary but SO worth the money. We ordered items that supported "Bert's Big Adventure". The food was very good, service was so-so. We would like to go again.

This is a casual restaurant whose prices are reasonable; both the service and the food are good.
We've been for both lunch and dinner and prefer lunch b/c it's not as crowded. Lots of drink choices + some pretty creative tacos!
If you go on a night when there is live music, it's great to sit outside, but often impossible to have a conversation. (As is often the case.) We enjoy their outdoor area, and we've always had good service AND food!

Was at Tin Lizzy's on trivia night and sat on the porch upstairs overlooking Oakwood Cemetary. Really good "bar food" and great trivia night and fun "retro" music the night we were there.
