Last minute booking to attend a conference, and I was pleasantly surprised. The recently renovated hotel is decorated impeccably and the on-site restaurants are very hip. Simple check-in, friendly staff, very walkable neighborhood with has historical sites. The rooftop pool was an unexpected surprise and provided incredible views of the city. Would definitely stay here again, should my travels bring me back to Atlanta.

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite for a family trip to a Georgia Tech football game. It was a perfect choice. An easy walk to the stadium for the younger ones and the in-and-out parking allowed one of us to drive Grandma up to the stadium gate, return the car to the hotel and then come back on foot. Also, those who wanted to turn in early could do so, while the kids stayed up in the living room with their own TV. Suite was almost ridiculously large and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced for a hotel. Only gripe is that one of the elevators is still out-of-order (as it was when we visited a month ago).

I came to Atlanta to do a mentoring at Ga Tech and I got a very nice got a very nice bedroom suite with full kitchen. The room contained a washing and a dryer, a full kitchen, a very nice bathroom and the bedroom was amazing. The hotel overall was pleasant and comforting.

We stayed here primarily for convenience to attend a football game. We had stayed there many years ago, so we were not expecting the beautiful setting and new modern facility that greeted us! Check-in was a breeze and we went immediately to eat in the hotel restaurant. The food and bloody mary's were wonderful. We had splurged on a junior suite to have room for a group to gather and we were very pleased by the size of the two rooms and the closets and bathroom.

Bell hops who greeted us, waitresses, and Ivy who checked us out, all provided outstanding service! This experience made us want to return soon and attend an event at the Fox.

Room Tip: We loved our view of the Fox Theater.

We had a mini family reunion with nine people and four generations. Our usual choice of Atlanta hotels were fully booked for Labor Day so we decided to try this one. This is our new favorite hotel. We loved the history and the architecture of the building. The location across from the Fox Theater was great. The restaurants were very good and reasonably priced. The staff from valet to reception to checkout friendly and helpful. Our rooms were huge. Yes there is some street noise, no problem. Yes the rooms weren't 100 % up to date. No problem. They were clean and suited our needs.

Room Tip: We loved our room on the ninth floor with the circular bedroom on the corner of the lot. Penthouse suite was suite too. CHeckout the view from the rooftop pool. GO to the P and P pub!
