My family and I were very disappointed to see that the center was in such poor condition. It's hard to believe that as many people who are millionaires because of Dr. King is not making sure that the center that is dedicated to his name is not upkept the way it should have been. We had several young people with us who were not around when Dr. King was alive and we wanted very much to show them something that they could be proud of and learn more about the man. Very disappointed!

The Martin Luther king jr exhibits good but needs to be more preserved like famous white exhibits, and as a traveler not being able to see all exhibits because of water issues and told its closed indefinitely really dampers something that could be a once in lifetime trip, the exhibits that were accessible were very warm inside the areas, and tours to see the inside of birthplace home were so far spaced out I was there at 11am and told the house tours were not until 3:30pm if I would have known that in brochure I would have came at later time to exhibit.

very discreet, but poignant, reminded us just how animportant figure martin luther king was, how brave and dedicated to his lifes work, albeit cut very short.

This entire park is very interesting: His boyhood home, Ebenzier Baptist Church, the museum & the grave. My only surprise was how dirty the reflecting pool was. There was someone cleaning it but it was a bit surprising to see it was not pristine. That seemed a bit disrespectful to the memory of the man.
But, overall, it is worth the time to visit this park and it should not be missed.

A positive, educational and interesting experience. The museum is fairly small so the visit doesn't take long. The church, if open, is also worth a visit.
